“LFCU is a great place to do your banking. Mu husband has had an account there for over 40 years, and his father before him. Although a bit of staff turnover (since COVID) the staff is always very friendly and especially kid-friendly. They have a good driveup, ATM, and regular inside service hours. They also offer online banking, Zelle transfers, mobile check deposits - all the modern options. I recommend this place to anyone.”

“Most of the negative reviews are entitled boomers trying to pin LMCU by being review bullies. Anytime I need something they do they best they can and usually pretty quick. Sometimes they are busy.... no you can't cut in line even if "it is really quick." Just be realistic think to yourself "if I worked here how would i want to be treated" and stop pretending you have a better understanding of how a bank should operate with your 30 years of shop experience...you 1 star people just sound like entitled yuppies.”

“Like a lot of other people, I live paycheck to paycheck, and buy a lot of my household needs from amazon. (Subscribe&save). I got a new checking account set up a week ago through LMCU and had my check DD into that account, but the debit card wasn't going to make it to me until next week. (I assumed I would have the card considering I opened it a week before I needed it). I explained to the workers over the phone that I needed the debit card or at least the numbers from it to get my Amazon to go through otherwise it would take several more days before our TP/formula/garbage bags/soap ext made it to us. Long story short, none of them really cared enough about my situation (not saying it was a dire situation but zero sympathy).BUT THAN THERE'S EMILY! she admitted they said that because of a very limited stock of cards on hand. But printed me one on the spot! What an awesome person. I know, my situation doesn't sound like a huge deal, but you have to remember all my money was in that account and I wasn't getting a replacement like other people that had the card info already. Anyways, you rock Emily, that is all.”

People are unfairly given AAC a bad ratings on over-draft protect. I say get it together and balance your check book. Remember you should only spend what you make and it's your own responsibility.”
