Dave Medendorp was amazing to work with. We just sold and bought our new home. His communication, thoroughness and grind was top tier! From the very beginning all of the way to the end, he was persistent and always a text or call away. He truly does go out of his way for his clients! Definitely a roller-coaster ride but definitely worth it! He is more than a realator he is a true friend! My wife and I HIGHLY recommend him!

Working with David was a great experience. I had tried to reach out to other realtors thru Zillow and didn't get a single return call so I called David. When we met he looked at the house and lot and came up with a plan to get the best price possible. He was there through the entire process making sure everything went smoothly. I even found him planting flowers in my flower bed the day before open house.
If you want a realtor who knows the market and understands when it will take to sell your home then don't hesitate to contact Medendorp Realty. I'm sure happy that I did.
