The best personal training I have encountered. I am amazed at the results I have seen from EFT's programs. They can provide intense training (collegiate and professional athletes) that but also dial it back for clients with different levels of fitness or history of injury.

Ron and Dawn are amazing trainer's!! The individual attention they give to their clients is like no other in the area. They have custom plans for each individual client and they modify them as needed. The facility is clean and the equipment is good.

Ron and Dawn have helped me build my strength and endurance. They have worked around some ailments I have and are very attentive to my needs. The one on one sessions are exactly what I wanted and they build a plan just for you. I can't say enough about Esteem Fitness!!

Ron helped me gain strength and overcome a leg injury that set me out close to 16 weeks. We trained hard all summer and I feel much stronger overall! Coming back and going into a new hockey season, I feel much more confident in my skating ability around the crease and feel healthier overall. I feel as if I never even took a break off the ice! The entire facility is impressive and Ron helped push me to be better every morning we were there! Definitely worth checking out if you're on the fence or are looking to get in shape.

Ron and Dawn, both veteran trainers have helped me stay conditioned and have helped me build strength. Their weekly sessions keep me accountable and have allowed me to stay healthy throughout my very busy life. I can't say enough about how much they care and know about fitness, strength and safe training.
