I thrift for clothes, not because I have to but because I like to. I'm kinda picky but I like this place. Recommended for women's clothes.

This is the most ridiculously overpriced thrift store ever. I've been here 5 times and left with nothing every single time. This isn't thrifting.

Medium sized Good Will store. Employees were always available to answer questions. Other racks were in order. Each department was easily identifiable. Fitting rooms available. Public restrooms are available. Parking lot with handicaps spaces and entrance is marked. Lots of parking spaces in attached lot. Books were also in good order, lots of cookbooks!

Have not been impressed with Goodwill for quite some time, with a couple notable exceptions (S. Side of Muskegon and Midland). The prices at the Norton Shores store have gotten out of hand. I understand that prices have gone up on good and services, but Goodwill is in elite company in that they pay nothing to stock their shelves, unlike retail stores by and large. The quality of employees has gone down significantly, as has customer service top down. They have been instructed to ask customers if they want to “round up” your purchase for their programs as they continue to capitalize on free goods and favorable tax status. Comparatively, there are other similar businesses with pleasant and qualified staff to “do more good”. Items are fine, prices are too high, staff could be better.

I love thrift shopping here. The store is clean and well stocked, and I have never run into an unfriendly employee.
