Terrible costumer service. Straight up. The cashiers are disrespectful! I needed more yarn for my blanket and I asked one of the 4 employees standing at the register for more yarn because it said 9 was available online, and the one girl who was actually helping a guests stopped helping her costumer to rudely tell me that they are in boxes and they don’t know where they are at and they can’t get them for me. Just weird, what are you being paid for if not to do your job? So, I left the store and placed an order for the yarn so that they HAD to get the yarn from the boxes. One hour later, I got a notification saying my order was ready to be picked up. Just ridiculous. They were able to grab the yarn that quick for my order but not able to do it when they were standing around the store. Definitely start observing your employees more because almost every cashier that I have encountered has given me some type of attitude. Once this blanket is finished, I definitely won’t be back. Hobby Lobby it is.

I like to use the online order feature to do a pick up so I do not have to bring my kids in the store. Each time I select an item to put into my cart, it tells me there are 10+ in stock. I place the order and less than an hour later I get an email stating that part of my order has been cancelled because it is out of stock. If I want to have it shipped, I have to place a new order. This has happened THREE times in the last month. I am wondering how their inventory can consistently be off or if their instore shopper doesn't feel like getting stock from the back room or something. So frustrating!

Service is terrible! Clerks are straightening shelves while there is a long line at checkout. They could see the line. Finally after a long wait they come to the register to help. Very disappointed.

Still many open spaces in the store. I think they are hiding the Christmas decor or it has yet to arrive. It was supposed to be part of the moonlight madness sale but nothing was really out. Need to be quicker to get help at the cutting table.

Employees are nice, however managers do not do anything about baligerant customers that push their cashiers to the point of tears. This has happend on multiple occasions I have seen and heard from others that visit

These people were amazing I found my mom's yarn she's been looking for I was so impressed by the tons of yarn ,there store is big they had a ton of stuff !!

Always well stocked. Yarn tends to get a little messy at times and things on sale are sometimes displayed in a weird place. Make sure to walk around to look for those!! Also, The associates on the floor are great. Some of the cashier's could use a little personality. But all in all 5 stars.
