Typical petstore chain, typical chain pricing, typical limited chain brands...Excellent customer service, though they either couldn't or would not tell me which breeder they obtain their reptiles from.**Only purchase reptiles from reputable sources**Many pet store chains buy their reptiles from industrial-scale reptile mills and are often neglected and/or diseased. Poor breeding practices can also lead to genetic disorders.

By far in many ways the best pet store in the muskegon area. The tanks are mot overstocked, they have a great selection for reptiles and fish, which is uncommon for the size of the store. The staff is increadibly friendly and helpful. When looking at fish they are also knowledgeable about habitation and care. They also have retired breeders as betas which is nice to see, they are all take care of well and in pristine water. 10/10 would recomend

Had to do a pick up of 2 big bore track aquariums, and the workers helped me load them in my car and we’re very helpful while I was in the store also.

Do not buy from this store if you want your pets to live. Primal recalled food that had killed multiple dogs. This guy decides to put it in the fridge for 50% off.

Have always loved coming here for my fish needs. Although, I bought some fish to add to my bigger tank and they ended up having ich. Which.. happens. Not blaming them for that. Have been dealing with this now for a week trying to keep the fish I have had for 4+ years alive. Half of the fish I have bought passed quickly because they were much smaller and just didn’t have it in them to fight. Like I said, it happens. I’m not blaming them for that. My kids were sick and I couldn’t get here even if I wanted to but I knew in the back of my mind they will refund before 2 weeks. So I take pictures of the sick fish showing. Fast foward to this week and I need more treatment and talk to them about it. One gal told me she would give me a rain check since I have pictures this one time but next time I have to bring them the dead fish which I had no idea. Then we get to the front for her to write that for me and the other gal says no I have to have the fish but if I would have called and said I couldn’t come in at the moment then a picture would probably be okay. But now that I’m telling you my story and telling you I have pictures and it’s still before 2 weeks and I couldn’t make it because of sick kiddos the pictures won’t be good enough? Just really doesn’t make sense to me. Went from loving this place and really recommending to all my fish friends to I’m not really sure at the moment how I feel. I am an honest person and wouldn’t lie but yes, others might. But I tell you my kids were sick and a picture would have been good enough on the phone but now when I’m standing in front of you it is not just doesn’t seem right to me. Really disappointed as I am a reliable customer for my endless fish needs.

We love stopping here for nails and a bath. You can do a self wash station where they provide everything you need to wash fido on your own or you can have one of their trained experts to take care of your furry friend. Fair pricing is a bonus.

Staff was rude to my dog after they thought we couldn't hear them as we were coming to pick him up, then as we grabbed him they said "he's not a smart dog" without knowing that he was a neglected dog for the last 18 months and hes not even 2 yet. Highly disappointed in the staff there. Will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone.

The staff could have been more friendly or even asked if I needed anything. I usually go to Petco but this was closer so I stopped. ☹️

Pet Supplies Plus seems to carry a higher grade of dog food at a reasonable price. Especially, they carry raw freeze dried dog food that my dog loves and is so much better than the overcooked processed junk sold in most stores.

I have a highly anxious and sometimes reactive dog. I wanted to get him professionally bathed/groomed for the first time and he was terrified. Every employee was very sweet and wanted to help when I came in and saw that he was clearly nervous, and the groomer (Alicia I believe) was willing to do whatever he needed and was so incredibly patient and attentive. She listened to his body language and made sure not to push him too far and wanted to build a relationship with him so he would be more comfortable coming back. I shopped around while he was getting groomed and they have a great selection of products in a very clean store. I will absolutely be coming back for any pet needs!
