I never came here for a car wash or oil change but I was having exhaust issues and I asked for a pair of gloves and a gentleman Patrick told me to pull my car into the shop and he fixed up my exhaust free of charge in a minute. Even though it was a small job and I only asked for a pair gloves or rag & could have done it myself he was nice enough to help me & my kids on the way to daycare. They have integrity!

Customer service was above and beyond...especially for pulling up with a few minutes til clothes on a Friday night. The crew were all super uplifting and helpful and just contagiously happy. I am definitely a loyal Performance Plus customer now!

I get my oil changed here, usually the one on Apple Ave. The guys are super polite and considerate. They work fast and efficiently. My car always runs better after. I would recommend this place for sure!

The worst oil change I have ever gotten plain and simple, they knew that I was a target pulling in and they over sold me on a simple oil change I left paying $139 for an oil change expecting to pay $40-$60

I just moved to the area and didn’t know where to go for an oil change. Gave this place a shot and it was a great experience! The team working were all knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to be around. Quick, in and out with no issue! Definitely will be back!Service: Oil change

I think this new company has gone DOWN HILL since they bought out all of VAN'S CARWASHES. First mistake was getting rid of the brush people when entering, they brush washed the front and back of your car that the car wash brushes couldn't reach. Now the blowers don't blow the water off before leaving which left the rear side panels of my car totally white from all the soap residew that wasn't rinsed off in the car wash. I complained and they had me run thru again which I had more the soap than the first time. I tried contacting the corporates office and was given the # of the district manager who doesn't call you back after leaving messages. I think the company is too cheap to hire the brush people when entering the car wash that Van's had for decades. I wouldn't go there anymore if it wasn't for the 100 car wash coupons I bought when Van's still owned it. To me..changes aren't always good for the better..in this case they aren't. SO BE WARE..

Brand new car wash! They just upgraded all of their locations. The amount of suds on your car is insane! Looks really cool with the new colored lights too. I have the car wash club so I can go as many times a month as I need to. Love that!

WILL NEVER USE THIS OIL CHANGE SITE AGAIN ! Sternberg Rd. Site: Oil leak around filter, went back asked guy who put it on to recheck & tighten...never had leak before this change. Said all is ok. Left & still leaking ! New management, with the women up top & 1 guy downstairs. Nothing has changed. Two years ago took my Blazer there, was told they had gotten a "bad" shipment of oil filters, if I had any problems, bring it back. Didn't have a chance, plugged "NEW" filter blew off, along with all the oil....motor shot. Thought I'd give new mgm't a try, NEVER AGAIN & telling EVERYONE ! ( Sternberg Site also broke my daughters air conditioning hose. Van's on Apple Ave. unplugged my speedometer cable from transmission three yrs ago. ) I just checked comments from Oil Change places in Coopersville, Grand Haven, Whitehall, MI & Sternberg site and they all at some point leave oil filters loose, or damage something on the vehicles or fail to check tires, fill fluids, etc. DISGUSTING ! Going to file a complaint with the Attorney General of Michigan's Office on these business practices.Service: Oil change

Would have been nice to at least had someone answer the phone, before driving over there. Only to find out the guys at the car wash were to lazy to answer it. So I would have known the lube was closed.
