“Love stopping in here! Workers are usually friendly and kind. Can be quite crowded due to the furniture, but nonetheless nice! I've found some wonderful items in there at good prices. Workers were very sweet and kind to our service dog!”

“I find a lot of nice items at this Goodwill. I love that they have senior day (20% off on Tuesdays). The store is well organized making it easy to locate the section that you are looking for. The employees have always been so friendly.”
“Really kind staff feels like family, the way they treat u in there, the warmth welcoming makes me think im home. On top of having really nice stuff super affordable is amazing. 80-160$ blazer for 8-11$, there 60-80$ pair of dress shoes for 30 and under you cant beat it. Way better than any goodwill or other thrift stores ive been too.”
“A nicer location with a slightly thinner selection of items and a lot more used goods. Books are in the front of the store in their own room which is really nice. They had them divided into hardcover and paperback so you know where to look for cheaper ones or the nicer ones.”
“The Muskegon Rescue Mission is a good spot to go if you are looking for hidden treasures. They have a wide variety of items from clothes (all sizes), furniture, toys, dishes, holiday items, etc. You never know what you will find. Oh, and the employees/volunteers are very friendly.”

“I visit this outlet location quite often. The staff is great and even most of the resellers are fun to chat with. I being one of them. Most days it is not too busy so getting into a new bin is rather easy. I have found some great stuff. Sometimes the shoes will be separated and I think the workers might do that for fun. My very first visit I was yelled at for not waiting until all the new bins were in place. That was intimidating but I understand why now. I was just reading reviews on the Grandville location. I have never been to that one. It sounds like a horrible place. Like night/day to my location. I won't spend the gas money to go there. Hope my review was helpful.”
“Very well organized and clean store. I will say though, prices are high for a thrift store and I’ve been to many thrift stores! For example, $52 for a pair of men’s Skechers slip ons. Lower the prices and you’ll sell more!”

“This is our absolute favorite thrift store that we visit at least once a week! We love that the money we spend goes to help the kitties. Very clean and organized store with mostly great prices (sometimes a little on the higher end).
Most of the volunteers are so kind and patient, especially with my young kids (who can sometimes be noisy). There’s one lady who works the checkout who is always very short with us and rude. She has even scolded my four year old daughter for spinning a jewelry display, when we were clearly handling the situation. It’s a shame because it makes us more hesitant to stop into the store and I’m sure absolutely nobody is forcing the woman to volunteer to work the checkout.
Shoutout to all of the lovely volunteers who help make the store an enjoyable place to shop; your work doesn’t go unnoticed!”
