“I would highly recommend buying anything you can from Peterson Electric! They stand behind anything they sell and have Great customer service. We bought a new dryer from Peterson Electric and had problems right away with it. Service technician came and looked at it and found the tumbler bearing was laying inside the dryer so when the factory put it together the bearing was not installed. Service technician put it in. We were still having issues with the dryer making grinding sounds so the owner is getting us a new dryer at no cost and taking the broken one back. Now that is GREAT customer service!
