This post office fails to deliver packages and leaves a message that delivery attempt failed which is a lie. They leave a note to pick up our packages when we live in Faithorn and work overnight shift in Escanaba. We pay to have packages delivered and expect to have them delivered. You get paid more than enough money to do your job and deliver our packages. You can do better post office!

This post office in Norway used to be amazing with really good people that worked there and were personable and made you feel like a valued customer. Now it is poorly run and it’s so uncomfortable going in there. The nice peopleleft and now your treated like dirt. I run a small business and have been dropping my packages off at the Norway post office for three years, never had any issues until Stacey started working there. I spend at least a $1000 a week in usps postage, they seem to not want the business or care about their customers. Every time I go here, they have some kind of issue anccepting my packages and make up new rules every time I go in there. Packages sit there til the next day and they want to talk about shipping policies to me, what a joke. Just done with USPS. They lost a good customer. DO BETTER!
