Such a friendly and welcoming environment, even greater customer service and care! An employee with the name Sultan greeted me and helped with my order, he made the shopping experience nice and quick. I usually shop at the Troy location but I will definitely start shopping here!!

Workers are so rude. I had a return and walked up to the register. They all looked at me, didn’t say anything and turned around and when they did come over to me were so rude. Def won’t be coming back to that store

Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars I would. This location has some of the rudest employees ever. If you're thinking about going to this location, DON'T! An awful place with awful employees.

Honestly, nice store but the staff is anything but nice. Me and my friend went shopping and were in contact with at least 3 employees, all of which had some sort of attitude and what seemed like 0 customer service experience.Accidentally charged my friend for an item she didn't want (which happens), but then the manager helping the cashier return the money back to my friend was the rudest of them all.Not impressed. Shop there if you don't need help and don't care to talk to people.

Was out shopping with my son to get him some summer clothes and we ended up stumbling into this Abercrombie & Fitch location at the Twelve Oaks Mall. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Kevin, who helped my son through the whole process and made some good recommendations. At the end he was very helpful in the checkout process and the fantastic customer service continued. Kevin exemplified what customer service should be like everywhere. We will be back and I would like to give a huge shoutout to Kevin for the awesome customer service.

I dont usually write bad reviews but this was pretty horrible, called asking about a sale and the woman hung up on me, I called again and they said the sale was instore only, I drove 45 minutes to the store in 12 oaks for them to say that they didn't know what I was talking about. Completely wasted 2 hours of my time.

It's not the store it used to be. Abercrombie Fierce is not what it used to be either, it smells like the cheap knockoffs now.
