Would give a zero if I could. Horrible. It's been over a month and still don't have my prescription. They have been giving me the run around for a month now. Would absolutely not recommend them to anyone

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. Got switched to this incompetent pharmacy when my job switched insurances. I have to call them all the time because of some issue being related to my medication being stopped/ canceled. Most recently medication was stopped and when talking to customer care they admit the prescription is valid and has many refills left but are still insisting that the doctor call them for confirmation?? They don’t care about customers needs and I’m convinced they try to provide the most frustrating customer service to ensure you don’t call back. I absolutely despise this pharmacy and reading other reviews it sounds like the service they provide is lackluster across the board…. Avoid at all costs!

I HATE this pharmacy! Absolutely HATE this pharmacy???????! Insurance company forces me to use this pharmacy and it’s a nightmare! They say they will ship medication…LIES LIES LIES!!! They say they will bill secondary insurance…more LIESSS!!! Please SHUT them DOWN!

Absolute worst company we have ever dealt with! It's like having a second full time job just trying to obtain our child's medication and have the insurance billed correctly. We have no option but to use this garbage pharmacy because of our insurance. Do yourself a favor if you have the option and go somewhere else. We have missed weeks at a time of our daughter's medication because of their incompetence and inability to understand simple concepts of how the insurance policy works, even when it is spelled out to them. They chose to eat up the entire copay assistance card by charging thousand of dollars per month for our daughter's medication, instead of the $250 we would technically owe. Once they ripped through the card they refused to follow the insurance plan's program for filling specialty medications. They billed our insurance and were paid by our insurance, but refused to send the medication. These clowns play with the health of children trying to nickle and dime every chance they get. Even when the medication cost was covered by the copay card they still weren't capable of having her medication here when it was needed. In addition to that, we received multiple vials of this medication half full! A medication that costs thousands of dollars a month. This company needs to get it together......absolutely disgusting!

Accredo gives patients the wrong number for assistance. They keep giving out an advertising company phone number instead of a specialty pharmacy phone number so their patients won't get the help they need. Accredo doesn't care about patients.

I never knew it was possible for a company to be so incompetent. Accredo has been one of my worst nightmares over the last year and a half. Every single person you speak with has a different answer, cannot answer, or give completely false information. From something as simple as adding the correct phone number to my account, from withdrawing unauthorized amounts from my bank, the nightmare never ends. I pray for the day I am able to get my medication through a different specialty pharmacy. If I could leave negative stars, I would. If you are given a choice, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Terrible customer service. They have no idea how primary and secondary coverage works. I do not recommend using them at all. They have billed secondary incorrectly multiple times.

I would change jobs and change health insurance providers happily if it meant I didn't have to deal with this incompetent company anymore. Just the worst. Apparently I have to leave at least one star to post this review, but really, zero stars. Constant issues with filling my prescription. Treatment has been late because they're unorganized and confused.

Have been using them for few years and was pretty good until now. Suddenly it has become terrible; they are supposed to ship my refill but just unable to. Spent hours on phone listening to apologies but nobody has any clue what is wrong. Associates lack basic skills (highly trained in apologizing though). Leaders are also ineffective. They confirm issue is resolved but is not. Absolutely incompetent and unable to handle such situations. I cannot miss a single dose and have no clue what to do if they are unable to resolve this.

AVOID this company at all costs. Ask your insurance company for other specialty pharmacies they contract with and use another. After my wife was given the run-around for a month and couldn't get her immunosuppressant filled, Accredo had a pre-auth (for pen form) and received 2 scripts (1 as pen, 1 as syringe) because the Dr's office was trying to send anything to get it filled. Accredo voided both scripts and said they needed clarification, therefore voiding the pre-auth, and likely delaying my wife's immunosuppressant another month. It is within the pharmacists right to fill the one rx with pre-auth and void the other, but Accredo is not looking out for welfare of the patient. It is now being filled TOMORROW by another pharmacy. For all Accredo employees, I pray for you the prayer of Psalm 109:6-15.

Absolutely horrible, everytime I call to speak to someone after going through the enter your information part you speak to someone they put you on hold and it goes through the whole process again, then they have issues running insurance and not refilling prescriptions. The whole purpose to be put on copaxone is so you don't relapse with multiple sclerosis, it does no good if you have to fight to have the prescription filled and you have to miss 3 weeks of medicine.

This is the worst pharmacy to deal with. Completely unorganized and constantly screwing up important refills. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I have had multiple ongoing issues with Accredo causing multiple (months long) delays in treatment because of not receiving medication. I have been told by Accredo that there are “issues” with my prior authorization from my insurance company or that my doctor’s office had not sent the correct prescription, etc. They always tell me it is my issue and I need to call my physician or insurance company. My doctor’s office and I have supplied them with the necessary paperwork showing that my PA was approved by my insurance and the prescription from my provider’s office has been sent and received by Accredo. I am on the phone with them daily. I have had multiple times been told that my medication has been set up to ship and Accredo has accepted payment for this. They have never been able to get a tracking number from them. I have been given delivery dates multiple times only for the day to come and pass without receiving my medication. For a business that is supposed to provide specialized customer service they seem to have zero interest in providing critical medication to patients who need it. I wish I could give them a zero for a rating and not a 1 star. I have made complaints to my insurance company and asked to be able to use a different specialty pharmacy

Prescription is an expensive one and must be shipped in a cooler. 4 years of experience with Accredo and most has been positive. The issues I have had were normally because Accredo required additional information, or recertification of the prescription. I have come very close to running out of my prescription a few times as a result of this Dr./Pharmacy communication, but has always been resolved with a couple phone calls. After resolved, Accredo has always made sure the prescription got to me before I was totally out.

Awful. Their text message refill system never works. Then when you call in person a week ahead of when your medication is needed for a refill, they can’t ship for 2 weeks. Then to make things worse, they ask if you would like to speak with a pharmacist about missing your medication after. I have never had so many problems with any other pharmacy. If I could give a zero star, I would.
