I usually go to the Ann Arbor location and have never had a bad experience there.
The Novi store is another story. I have had to take my phone in multiple times because they didn’t listen when I told them the issues I was experiencing with my device.
The final straw was this past month I broke my phone. I initially went to the Ann Arbor store to get it fixed but decided to buy a new one.
I changed my mind and the next day went to Novi as I was closer to it. The girl at the check in was so incredibly rude and condescending and told me we can’t fix this. I explained the other store would fix it. She then starts saying no certified store would fix this with apple care. She said to take it back to wherever I came from.
I should have spoken with her boss or reported her to corporate. I have never been talked to like this at any store let alone Apple.
The next day I went to Ann Arbor store and they ordered a brand new phone the next day.

Unable to pickup new pre-ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max at scheduled appointment. Store could not get new phone to active. Kept getting message pending authorize error.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. I wanted to leave a review from my phone but they restricted my account after telling them that I was going to leave a bad review on their service with me. I scheduled my daughter an appointment to buy her a MacBook for college, I told the employee I’d like the midnight blue color after purchasing it the MacBook was a regular light blue color, I paid the exact amount on my card and they messed it all up for me so I had to make a return and overdraft my card to pay for the apple coverage and all I received in return was a “sorry” the customer service was horrible and the managers present were so disrespectful, this all happened 9/18/2025 at 4:23pm. It was a very long wait and I had just been discharged from surgery 3 days ago still in bad pain, if my daughter didn’t need the device immediately I would've never spent my money there with such horrible customer treatment like that. If zero stars was an option I’d choose it, don’t go here if you plan to buy apple products go to a different location.
