Avoid these predators. Failed to verify that I had insurance before performing any services. Tried to tell me I had to have a bunch of un needed procedures done before I could have a tooth pulled to get out of pain. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS.

Every single person there was kind and welcoming. The best dental experience I've ever had. They even mentioned they work with patients with trauma. So if you're looking for a place that is kind, soft spoken, and patient, this is the one!

New patient coming in for a single implant to replace a back molar. A full evaluation, great prices, and a really good insurance evaluation and related covered charge evaluation, which eliminated surprises. Everything was good and professional.

I went in to Aspen Dental after about a week of pretty severe pain which was due to a tooth infection in a bottom molar. My first day in, they did all of the exams and x rays for free which I was unaware of and was not expecting at all. Unfortunately, they were unable to pull it the same day due to the infection being pretty bad. I came back 5 days later for my appointment for the extraction and once Dr. Pankhuri Goel started the extraction process it literally took no more than 2 minutes for her to fully remove the tooth and it was completely painless. The recovery so far (currently on day 2) has been seamless, no pain and hardly any soreness whatsoever. Dr. Goel and her team did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone. It was a very fast, easy and painless process. I really appreciate the job that was done.

Dr Goel was great, but did not call in medication for infection or pain as stated, but received several calls to set up appointment for crown after root canal . Receptionist is very rude needs to be replaced.

Went for the first time in the hopes that offering “emergency dental care” would help with the pain I’ve been in. Instead was given a sales pitch for their version of Invisalign and told I need a crown but they weren’t going to give me a crown for my tooth pain today. They said if the pain was really bad to contact them again for the crown. I said right then and there that I wanted the crown, but I was told that I needed to figure out my finances and my plan. They went about everything in kind and polite manner even if I felt like they were doing nothing for my pain.

Always take extra time to make sure mom with with dementia gets excellent care and are staff I have met from the office staff to the docs have been very caring and supportive

I had a tooth pop off my 3 yr old lower denture. Novi office took me in the same day and repaired the denture in an hour, at no cost to me. Thank you, Aspen Dental Novi!

DOUBLE THE CHARGE FOR DENTAL WORKDefinitely extremely HIGH PRICED dental proceedures. After paying $600+ out of pocket, I was unable to receive my expense ledger for more than 10 days after requesting it, and being reassured it was sent via email. It was not until I had received another dental benefits explanation from my insurance in the mail that I found out that the dental office decided to charge DOUBLE that of a crown.From the day I entered the office, Jon, the receptionist, was extremely rude. After being told to "cut it out" by Jon, while speaking to my dental insurance company via speaker phone to get the information being requested, and that he'd "had enough" -- I had to tell him to stop talking to me -- to the point that I needed to request to speak with one of the owners to inform them of his behavior.Per my last and final call today, after being asked to hold, and waiting patiently, in return the receptionist hung up went I asked them to hold briefly while taking my dental insurance call for both confirmation and clarification on the present charges.DO NOT USE ASPEN DENTAL (NOVI) unless you want to be double charged for dental procedures. Perhaps this is also why many people choose not to get dental work completed for the lack of consideration dental companies have for their new and/or returning clients. Will NOT be returning to any Aspen Dental Office.

This Aspen Dental office in Novi is awful. I scheduled a 8:00 appointment and by 8:50 I was still not seen by a dentist. I questioned the office manager John, why were clients being seen before me and I was still waiting. He stated, "That I was a new patient and he had to process my insurance information." Twenty minutes later of him trying to complete this process with no success, I told him that I would just leave. He became so upset saying to me, "What's the problem, geez, nervously responding with a major attitude. I am shocked that he is actually the store manager. However, his behavior definitely reflects the atmosphere at his office. So, I decided to wait again. Finally, after several people asked him did he need assistance, I was finally called to the back. Once, I was in the back the dental hygienist wanted to take a full ex-ray and I explained to her that I had a tooth extracted last Saturday and wanted a second opinion for the work he performed. John then informed her to do a limited ex-ray on me. When the dental hygienist was in process of walking back towards me she was stopped by Dr. Pankuri Goel. Dr. Goel started whispering to her asking to inquire why didn't I go back to my previous dentist. So immature and middle school like behavior. She could have asked me directly. I then became concerned about her performance as a dentist. Currently, having a child in medical school I know the importance of patient care and respect is number one. Once, I finished my ex-rays I was placed in a room. Once again looking into the hallway patients are coming and going. I had been waiting for another twenty minutes. Whispering was totally unacceptable. and unprofessional. I had enough of this horrible experience and decided to leave. I prefer to receive service where I know my business is welcomed.
