Went in store 3/6/25 to get new phone and transfer services from another company. Jason, who is the store manager, helped me. Phone was ordered through Jason, had to be shipped to house. Phone is the newest iPhone, was never given an eSIM. The next day I log into my AT&T account and I see Jason helped himself to add his Apple Watch and iPad to my plan costing $140/month In addition to my phone. I called the store the next day when I noticed, Steven answered the phone And was covering up what happened and never tried to fix the issue, instead said everything is set up correctly. My current phone was supposed to be a trade-in and that also was never set up. I called AT&T customer service and received the bill for $200 for the Apple Watch and iPad, Nothing has been resolved still. Jason also signed me up for Insurance and upgrading plan that I was never made aware of either.

We spent a lot of time in the AT&T store but Tex was great! He went out of his way to provide us with great service and look out for our best interest and that will always bring me back!

Manager Jason was not helpful at all! Told me I had to call 611 to take care of anything I needed today. Was not willing to help what so ever. Any other store I visited techs are so quick and helpful! They get on the phone for me and handle it all. Jason refused to help with anything. Very disappointed at&t customer!!

Lied about the monthly payments and was not informed of the unauthorized insurance charge until I caught it with the bill. Worst experience I have ever had with a carrier

Great service, fast experience getting a new phone when mine died—thanks, Travis! Watched him have to deal with some irrational “customers” & he did as well as anyone can in that situation!!

Rhyan Pierson is the GOAT. My mom had issues logging into her account and he stood with my mom for HOURS helping her and BOUGHT HER POT BELLY because she was hungry and they had been there on the 800 line for hours and he even called me to keep me in the loop. He advocated for my mom and was patient for 3 HOURS. AT&T NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE RHYAN FOR BEING THE BEST ASSOCIATE PLEASE !!!!!! (My mom wanted me to add this part lol) . We even came back and he was great and we even talked about some show .

Went to get new Internet and TV service and the sales rep, Elijah, was super awesome in helping me. He was patient, nice and explained everything to me. I had a great customer service experience.

Steve and his team was great during the entire intake and setup process. Extremely professional and listened and understood not just my needs but also in working with other customers (showroom was busy). Steve and Travis stayed late after normal working hours to help resolve a technical issue on the network side. Would recommend this store over others. Much better service than two other ones closer to me.

My husband and I went to the ATT store in Novi for new phones. They were so helpful to aged seniors. They were patient and no questions were dumb. They spent over an hour making sure we understood our new phones they we’re amazing if you want excellent service go to Novi store.

I worked with Rhyan twice at this location for a new phone and Internet set up, he is one of the most helpful people when it comes to knowledge and customer service, so much so that I went specifically to him to set up my Internet. Always super kind and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Couldn't have finished up my move without him.
