The store manager, Cheema, was incredibly helpful when I came in with an issue I didn't expect them to be able to assist with. He was very patient and kind--I'm thankful for folks like him! 10/10 customer service!

So my experience at the AT&T store in Twelve Oaks Mall was so exceptional that it absolutely deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was on a completely different level—professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution.
A special shoutout to Cheema, the store manager, who turned what is usually a tedious errand into a smooth, stress-free experience. Cheema is the definition of outstanding leadership: knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to walk me through every option, explain details clearly, and ensure I was confident with my decisions. His expertise and customer-first attitude stood out immediately.
The entire team operated with efficiency and a friendly vibe, but Cheema’s guidance is what really elevated the visit. You can tell the store runs well because of his professionalism and dedication.
If you’re visiting any AT&T location, this is the one to go to. Five stars all the way—and a huge thank you to Cheema for setting such a high standard of service.

Great experience! I needed my phone reset after a repair at the Apple Store. I decided while there to just upgrade my phone which was also a smooth transition. Thank you for being patient with my kids who were very tired from shopping all day! Thank you Cheema (and the new young man - I’m so sorry, I couldn’t remember his name! He was there on 11/7/25)

Wow. The customer rep Cheema, was so in a rush to grab a sale that he completely set up my iPhone wrong. So much so, that I was in store for 4hrs, was sent home without a working phone even after paying for the new phone. Cheema said that the new phone should be online by morning, he lied. The next day, still no working phone. Went to a different AT&T store on Woodward in downtown Detroit, they helped me tremendously but I was told that Cheema did not activate my new phone correctly and I had to return to twelve oaks store to get an exchange. I spoke with customer service and was on the phone for 1hr and 20 minutes. They confirmed what the Woodward store said. Returned back to the twelve oaks location and Tricia was very helpful but still due to Cheema’s poor service…I have yet to have a phone. I was so excited when I walked into the store on November 1, at 5pm to get the ‘next up’ upgrade but here we are Nov 2, at 5pm and still…even after paying and waiting, I have no working phone. He was so quick to deactivate my original phone that I can’t even go back to it. Long story short, if you do go to this location, by all means, avoid Cheema.
