My tow nails were already cut. He cut one and made that one shorter than the rest. My fingers. Looks terrible. Uneven nails and to thick. Looks like they were being lifted off towards the ends. To much money. Please don't go here.

I’ve been going to Attractive Nails and seeing mostly Hung since around 2014. I started seeing him when I lived in Northville, but have since moved to Ann Arbor and Royal Oak and I still make the drive to see Hung. I currently get dip, but have also had acrylics and shellac, and I truly feel there is no one better. Hung really cares about the quality of the products he’s buying so that you don’t have to come back a week later with a broken nail. This past summer he did my nails for my wedding and they were perfect! Nina and Diep are also great.

I am very disappointed with my mani/pedi. Three days later and everything is already chipping and peeling up on the sides with shellac nail polish. I could tell my manicurist was going way too close to the skin instead of polishing carefully to the nail bed. We came in with a group of 5 as a Mother’s Day gift and spent a lot of money. I was pressured to upgrade packages several times despite politely refusing. My manicurist unfortunately did not understand my request to shape my nails differently and even though she took a long time to do my nails (everyone in my group waited a long time for me to be done) she hardly took any time with the lotion or massages. She squirted lotion on my hands and then said OK you are done. My daughter’s toenail polish also has already come off of four toes. I would not return to this establishment.

They took our appointment of four girls very last minute, which I was grateful for, but after seeing the results I see why they are slow enough to be able to take us.
Communication is so bad, different people were just yelling questions to us the whole time but I guess no one else was listening, because two of us wanted acrylics and our nail techs just started painting our regular nails.
When we got there, one lady told us to go pick a color, but some of the bottles on their walls are not see through so you can't see the colors. They had a bunch of the color examples hanging on the wall, so we all ended up piking from those, but then when we sat down, we were told that half of those were dip colors and half were shellac... not labeled, all mixed together. Then it took forever for them to find us the correct options and find the colors we picked.
My lady and my sister said her lady was clipping actual skin off where the cuticles of her toes would be which hurt... Then we went to get our nails done and weren't paying close enough attention until we realized they were already painting our nails, not doing acrylics like we had asked for when I made the appointment and when they asked.
They also put all of the tools they used on us back into a drawer after using them, which definitely made me feel like they don't get cleaned after each use.
Especially with how expensive nail salons have gotten now, $86 for a mani&pedi) you would think they would want you to leave actually liking how your nails look... but it's clear they just want to get as many people in and out as they can. Truly felt like every single person working there that day had just wandered in off the street.

20/10! By FAR my absolute FAVORITE nail place that I have ever been to...and I have visited multiple salons around the area.First off, the people that work there are so awesome. Every single employee is very kind, personable, and exceptionally skilled. I have never once left there feeling like I did not get the result that I came in looking for, and everyone that gets their nails done knows that feeling of when you almost wish you never spent the money. Not here!Another reason why I love this place and will never go anywhere else again is that it is VERY clean and they take the proper steps to ensure everything is sanitary.If you are looking for any negatives, a ton of people go here (for good reason) so I highly recommend setting up an appointment rather than just walking in.Coming from someone who can do her nails on her own, I would 100% recommend this place, and I have! Even if you do not go frequently, I would definitely keep this salon in mind for big special events!

A good friend introduced this place. The staff here really take care of you. You get exceptional treatment. I had a color in mind and when I told the manicurist what color I wanted (light, neutrals) she gave me a recommendation and I plan to use that forever ??

Been going there for years. It’s better if you can make an appointment because they are usually busy. Dip powders don’t always match corresponding nail colors

I’ll never go here again. Their attitude is horrible and they’re super impatient. Not to mention, always talking about you in their language. For the prices, you would think you’d get the best service and friendliness.
