I want to share how much of a wonderful time me and my family had visiting the Twelve Oaks Store. There was three people that helped us have a great experience. Janelle,Dana, and Danelle. These three women were eager to help us.Dana is an older lady that had so much energy and Grace. She Greeted us with a smile. She is so Polite,Respectful, knowledgeable Patient, and caring. She answered all of our questions. She also made suggestions if a certain product that we requested was not available. She made us feel like family. What a pleasant beautiful person.Janelle is a young lady that showed upmost respect. She was Very Helpful, Patient, knowledgeable, polite, and caring. She sincerely enjoyed helping us. Answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She even made suggestions, if they did notHave the product that we requested.Danelle is another young lady, thatShowed that she loves her job. I asked her questions about the products and she answered with out any problems.She was very respectable, patient, polite, and caring.This was a wonderful experience at the most wonderful time of the year.Christmas/Holiday Season.These three women have a beautiful gift, and that is their personalities. My teen daughter had a poor customer service experience. She purchased a gift card which she lost in another store. When she went back to Bath and Body with her receipt to ask them to void the gift card and get a new one, she was told by the manager, Christina, that they couldn’t help her. Christina told her there was nothing she could do. She was told to call customer service because they might be able to help her. My daughter called me to tell me what happened. I called the store and Christina Green, the store manager, told me there was nothing she could do. I asked her the store policy for this situation. She said there wasn’t one. I told her I found this hard to believe because I’m sure this type of thing happens all the time. I called customer service, and they were able to help us immediately. They canceled the first order, and they are sending her an electronic gift card to replace the first one. It’s unfortunate that Christina Green chose not to help my daughter. Bath and Body Works at Twelve Oaks was one of our favorite places. Christina did end up leaving me a message to say that she might be able to help me after talking to her boss; however, it would have been helpful if she had extended my daughter this help while she was in the store. More could have been done to help my daughter today..

This is the worst Bath and body Works I’ve ever been to and it is the worst managers, they don’t know how to make the customer happy. I asked for a manager and the lady at the counter said she was the manager, but she wanted me to buy a different fragrance instead of the one that I wanted. If a customer wants a certain product for a deal, it should be accommodated but they don’t do that like the other Bath and body Works I have been to. The tone of the voice is always sell, sell, sell, do more on top of the deal than what I want (the customer). Also, I was waiting along time for someone to help me check out or even help me in general.

I stopped in with a friend who went in to get some items for her daughters. They had a very nice sale . The customer service ⭐⭐⭐ was amazing. I will be back for some ?️candles and wall flowers ?. The winter collection smells nice and the plugs are so cute.

Ready to cash out we were ushered to the White Barn side where we were greeted with "what's the problem?". Purchased our items and I asked about an issue with the app. "I have an iPhone so I don't know". Do better.

If the line is long in bbw, check out on the candle side of the store there's almost never a wait on that side

This location is well stocked and has white barn items as well. Helpful sales associates. There are always promotions and you can usually find a scent or product to satisfy every nose.
