Went in tonight with my husband to look for boots. Had absolutely no help at all. Go to Howell Western Wear! They’re amazing and small business. Horse people don’t waste your time.

Went into boot barn this afternoon to look for a new pair of work, boots and books. Boots for I'm going out. Not one of the sales associates greeted us 1 walk by helping another customer. Didn't greet us, then, didn't even say. Excuse me, just kept right on going then.When I found a Couple pair of boots that I liked. And I wanted to try on and I needed some help trying to, we'll figure out where the right size was right. And she says, well, I don't know and didn't even proceed to walk out from behind the checkout counter. I said something to management on the way out. That was behind hearing. She says I've been up here all afternoon. It amazes me. How companies can stay in business with employees that treat? They're customers like that. Needless to say, I will not be looking at boots at boot barn again and they have a lot of nice stuff. But they can't even have simple courtesy customer service. I mean, if you don't like your job, change it. So they just lost out Anna potentially $1000 sale today. Because I would have bought other stuff as well.

0 stars if it existed. Does anyone even work here? After 20 minutes of not being helped I decided no matter if I found something that I liked I would not be purchasing here. I continued to try everything on for around an hour and even left without being greeted or told have a good night. I will not be returning.

Spent $350.00 in Boot Barn. No service for finding what you need. I asked to use their restroom because I drove 40 miles to their store. I was told they don't have a public restroom. They said they closed it because of vandals. I will never go back there again.

Just realized this store was there and was not disappointed. Most stores do not carry leather belts and these were quality top grain leather with a wide selection. Definitely worth a stop in.
