Build-A-Bear Workshop Novi is a fun and super adorable place where you can create your own unique plush toy. The experience involves adding outfits, sounds, and scents to your furry friend. You can also record a custom 5-30 second voice message to add an extra special touch. The workshop offers PAWsome parties before, during, or after store hours for birthdays, office parties, or community events. Every party includes a customized furry friend, a Special Heart ceremony, and party games. The employees are consistently described as amazing, delightful, super nice, friendly, and super helpful with great attitudes. They are knowledgeable about every bear in stock, including their songs, sounds, and scents, and give good recommendations. Staff are helpful with accessories and fixing items like a bear with a dead battery. They go out of their way to provide extra kindness and care, even helping with recommendations beyond the store. These incredible experiences lead customers to highly recommend the workshop and plan to return. The selection of plush toys and accessories is great. Some feedback notes that the location is a booth in the middle of a hallway, which can create background noise for recordings. The newer paw-shaped sound device is also noted as more difficult to push to play. Overall, it is a fantastic time and a 10/10 experience for families and children, who love their visits.
My daughters and I were shopping and decided to stop at builder bear and of course the little one would not leave without her bunny bear, the young lady that help us was nice ( I believe her name was Autumn). My daughter was very happy

I visited build a bear for my birthday and Mark helped make it such a fun experience for me and my boyfriend. Couldn't recommend it more, especially with Mark leading through way.
