Carol and Ann were awesome. I came in knowing very little about picking fabric and got a great lesson and advice. End results were absolutely beautiful brand new couches!! Would totally recommend!

Rudest lady. I picked up pillows they made and one had a hole in it. It wasn't sewn all the way shut. When I picked it up after they repaired the mistake, Ann was so rude and basically told me to get out of there. She has 0 customer service or HUMAN skills. Find someone kinder to work with.

What more can I say about the woman and her ability to transform a old chair into something new and refreshed and looks a million bucks! Expert upholstery on patio sling chairs - look brand new! The fabric pattern is consistent on each chair! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the ordering and completion process.

Rude, Rude Rude. This woman is the rudest person. I have no idea how she stays in business. I could not get past the rudeness to even have her do any work for me. I'm an interior designer and have dealt with a lot of trades people and she takes the cake.

We had a Sherrill loveseat and sofa reupholstered. Carol's Upholstery did a terrific job. The fabric advice given by Ann was outstanding and suited my budget. The workmanship was outstanding. In short, Carol's Upholstery did what they said they would do! The timing and cost were exactly what I was told. I'm thrilled with my reupholstered furniture.

Very quick response to our request. We have four bar stools that need to be redone. The stools are old and we wanted to know how much would be to have the fabric replaced. Unfortunately it would cost more to reupholster the stools than buy new ones.Thank you for the quick response.

Ann (service tech) came out to address a fabric issue with our new Room & Board couch. She was able to completely solve the issue, and offered us a ton of useful advice about taking care of the piece and others in our home.What a great experience!I'll definitely be contacting them with any furniture / upholstery needs in the future - and referring friends / family their way.

Carol's Upholstery did a fantastic job at turning an old thrift store chair into a brand new item. She took the time and care to make it feel brand new, even replacing a missing screw cap I didn't notice. The estimate on completion time was accurate and well worth it. I would highly recommend!

From my first call to Ann (Carol’s Upholstry) to the delivery of my newly upholstered furniture, everything was handled beautifully. I had been to another Upholstry place just before I came to Carol’s and the difference was amazing! I had finally chosen my fabric only to find the books I was given were outdated! That was the last straw. That is what led me to Carol‘s. I was overwhelmed when I walked in the door and Ann helped me with my selection and gave me the guidance I needed to choose my fabric. She also helped me pull together different patterns for pillows and a valance. The store is very well organized, making it easy to look at the fabric choices. She was able to ask me the right questions to help me zero in on the best fabric selection for my lifestyle and the needs of the room the furniture would be placed in. The workmanship is beautiful and I have had so many compliments. I truly couldn’t be happier. Thanks Ann!

I have purchased several vacuums from them over the course of five years, I have went to the new location three times over the last two weeks and they were not open.

Carol and Ann were wonderful to work with and exceeded my expectations. I had a barrel swivel chair that I bought used and always meant to have reupholstered. It looks better than new, and feels much more comfortable as well. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be calling on them for any future projects.
