I love Walmart. I get my groceries and all my prescriptions from Wal-Mart. It's handicap ♿️ accessible. Always clean and great prices. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and kind.

Recently Novi Walmart has done a great job, more organized shelves, better merchandise, very clean floors and areas, lots of self check out kiosks. Location is in heart of Novi.

Went to buy Purfume.. obviously it was locked and there was a machine to call help.. I pressed and wait pressed again and again no one showed up asked the first attendant i could see they said talk to customer service went to customer service they sent me to supervisor.. went to supervisor she said she will page someone.. so went back to perfume section and waited for another 15 min no one showed up..I know it’s friggin walmart not much to expect as customer service.. but kept my cool and waited some more.. no one showed up.. so went back to supervisor and asked .. she said I’m rude.. I said thank you for your feedback and went to Target.. Obviously that will be my last visit

Location with mixed outcomes.
This is remodeled recently, compared with other locations in the area. The store is nice and bright, but has less options than other locations. Shelves are not as neat and organized either.
Observed 2 managers chatting during my visit. In 25 minutes, they went from Electronics to the front of the store. They could've straightened some shelves while they were talking. This was disappointing, as managers should take pride in their stores.
Prices are similar, if not the same as other locations. There were some issues with what I call "I don't care where they go." Items. I did straighten some donut holes that were in the wrong spot, with the wrong price. Chocolate milk that was dated July 17th and it was July 22nd. This is clearly a direct result of poor management, as mentioned above.
The young lady who checked my receipt was friendly, but was observed getting in to the vehicle next to mine, after her shift. Her friend who was walking with her, parked her cart next to my vehicle. I couldn't exit my parking space, until I moved her cart. If employees don't respect their workplace, then I shouldn't respect shopping there.
If you live closer to Commerce or New Hudson, I would recommend those locations. They aren't freshly remodeled, but the stores organization and employees are amazing! I will not be returning to this location. Thankfully, I live near other locations. I would even drive to Livonia, just to avoid this location.
This location needs a management overhaul or training to better this location.
