My family and I went in for new Crocs and were helped by both Rayven and Heaven. They both were very friendly and helpful with our purchases and helped all of us choose the perfect pairs of crocs and jibbitz and for a great price! We will definitely be shopping there again.

I ordered crocs online that were too small, so I went in today to get them exchanged. Not only were they exchanged, but I had a hard time with the jibs and Rayven took the time to put them in for me. My experience was amazing and I appreciate great customer service! I can’t wait to see him in them!

I had the greatest experience with a young lady named Ruby. She is a store manager and was wonderful and kind. If you ever go in there make sure you ask for her.

This store is pretty far from where I live so I’ve only visited twice. The first time I was helped by Jayda who was super helpful with explaining the sales and helping me purchase everything. The second time I came in 3 minutes before closing and Jayda was there again, but Ruby and Rayven were also there and super friendly and understanding! I hated being that customer but they were so nice! They also had such cute charms and I loved their outfits! I feel like they represented the brand really well. I generally purchase crocs stuff online but I’m going to make an effort to visit the store (with more time to shop) because of how awesome they were!

Shannon is simply the best !!! She has the patient soul of a saint. I brought my mom in and she was so patient, kind, and professional and kept offering selection after selection until we got the one that worked !! Then she patiently helped locate all the charms we wanted. She is so awesome !!

Ruby helped us out with finding my daughters Crocs. My daughter saw one of the charms she had on her own crocs and was very excited because it looked just like her doll. Ruby took her personal charm off and gave it to my daughter and made her feel super special. Great experience!

My stap broke off the button, and I went in expecting help to attach it ,or buy the replacement button. Since they don't sell it ...they just gave me a new pair!!! Shout out to Iesha , who even transferred my charms!!!

Had a recent great shopping experience at the Crocs Store, 12 oaks location. Found a good pair of crocs needed for work and my boyfriend was able to grab the last pair of crocs he really wanted thanks to Ruby. Ruby had great customer service, a really nice demeanor and was a big help to helping make our final purchase. Thank you Ruby!
