I got cold sore. Went to the pharmacy and the guy who attended me just wanted to get rid of me. He could bearly listen to me. Told me it was not cold sore, that it was some kind of fungus and I should look for any medicine on the shelves. It was not the first time I was treated without any care at this unit. Very rude and not at all helping staff at the checkout counter. I had very bad encounters twice with the same old man who is super rude. He wont let you use coupons even when they are valid. Sad that they work in other CVS stores. This has happened twice!

CVS is usually the last place I'd stop to shop. The reason why is that you pay extra for the convenience. But sometimes they are the only one to have what you need. Good variety.

Went to buy cold medicine on my lunch break during work and the self service required an ID check for it and i sat at the self service so long that i had to just give up and leave. Will not go to this location again

Yes, rude pharmacist. Ive Been a customer for over 20 years. It's been getting worst and most of the time I ignore the poor service and attitude. But when I had an issue with a prescription refill, not a good experience. Won't be back.

Went to CVS to get Covid home tests. Was told by the cashier they are no longer available for free. Purchased 2 for $47. Later found out they are available for free (same brand) but not at CVS. This is still a public health issue and I should have been given proper information regarding the availability of the Covid tests. Even if CVS won’t profit from it.

The customer service here is horrible. I was a paying customer and needed to use the restroom. Philips Lansing refused to let me use the restroom while he was daydreaming by the camera machine saying that he doesn’t trust me in the back of the store which is totally DISCRIMINATION! I wouldn’t dare spend any money at this store. I’ll be taking this to the Better Business Bureau because this is is unacceptable!

They double charged me and told me I had to contact corporate to get refunded. Absolutely ridiculous!!! The assistant manager TJ treated me like a criminal over $7 in extra charges they charged me that is clearly on my receipt!!! Look at your cameras and see I only had 2 items and you charged me for 4!!! I will 100% contact corporate and complain as well as get my money back and you earned yourself a 1 star over $7!!
