I have been using this pharmacy for the last 4 years, and it is the worst. I've been insulted when they didn't think I could hear them. A prescription was mailed, and lost, and they refuse to reissue even though they have tracking information. They won't answer the phone, and make you navigate a purposefully complicated phone tree, then you have to leave a message. The overwhelming number of 1 star reviews tells the story. Your health depends on NOT using this pharmacy.

Don’t use your debit card here! I used it at cvs at beck road and Pontiac trail ,that night at a cvs in Dearborn someone tried to pull out 100 from my savings ! Used my pin aswell ! So there gotta be a skimmer there or/an employee scamming ?

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I’ve been trying to get in touch with a real human for days, and they refused to answer customer calls. I appreciate being busy, but to not give customers the time of day to answer their questions about the prescriptions is completely unsafe!
The front store manager, however was a delight! So if you do have to go to this location, ship the store only and go to a different location for your pharmacy needs.

This pharmacy is extremely disorganized and makes their customers feel bad when they’re busy. Watched the workers argue behind the desk about giving some a covid shot. Sent a script 1 day before and arrived to not have it filled yet, they had more than 24hours, why is this? There was one extremely helpful worker that did get my script filled but the other two made me feel very unwelcome. I just moved from the Milford location and have never had an issue.

This is a very nice, clean and well stocked CVS. With other pharmacies in the area shutting down this CVS has received all of their overflow. The pharmacy area often seems stressed but they have reason to be as they are always busy. I commend them for their perseverance. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here.

New management closes the store and locks the door before closing hours. Been coming here for over a year and they never locked up early.

Lazy and unhelpful workers. Ordered a 52 page photo book, upon picking it up there were ZERO pages and ink stains on the empty book. Then I was told get a refund online. Jokes on them I disputed it with my credit card. I’m not doing your job. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

We like coming here but today December 21 at 3:55 I was in the photos asking the person that I had two packages of photos and she was on her phone and earbuds listening to music and rude she was at the check out by the photos and she wasn't to interested in my business she wasn't to helpful Yvonne was rude and disrespectful to me

Coming back to edit my review because when I finally got in touch with the pharmacy, they were quick and helpful. Just very difficult because the pharmacy is so busy. I will say though that the first time I went, they were confused about my company health insurance card so I had to go back to my insurance provider and ensure that I had the correct information which then made me get my medicine three days late. Simple mistake but it caused some frustration. I called on a Saturday morning and got in touch almost immediately So if you’re having trouble reaching them, maybe try a different time if you can.

Every time we come here they do not have our prescription. They are always back ordered but they do nothing to resolve the issue. They just expect you to go without and do not bother to communicate.
