Not friendly at all. Last time I went I really felt like I was asking for a favor. I asked questions about the design and that seemed to bother the person that was making my nails. I am not goin back.

As soon as I come in she’s looks tired has a terrible attitude , my nail shape was terrible, shape was terrible , polish was too thick . I gave her reference to what I wanted asked for extra thin , even tipped 20$ in advance thinking she would make them look right I have every single nail break off one by one in a matter of when I got them done ! And having to get them fixed daily because I am a beauty service provider myself so I only have time in between clients to go to my regular salon that was closed when I had time to myself to finally get my nails fixed . I would never recommend coming back nor will I ever come back here

I’ve been to every salon in the area. These ladies are the sweetest. They listen to what you actually want and put their best efforts in every time. The artwork is great as well! Store is always clean.

I have always had good service here. They take appointments and honor that time. I really appreciate that they don’t squeeze people in and make you wait.

I went to diva nails regularly for awhile and was always happy with the final product. They do a good job and maintain a clean environment. I specifically had Michael do my nails and always was happy.
The downside is you are there FOREVER. They soak off your previous polish for a very long time it almost feels like they forget about you. I had to stop going due to the time commitment.

Not good experience, i have spent so much money but out come was not good. When i ask them to fix it, simply denied it. There focus to make money not on service and quality

I LOVED this nail salon! I don't usually go here, but I needed a same day appointment and they were able to fit me in. I'm pretty sure this is going to be my go to place for nails now. Michael did my nails and he did an excellent job! I didn't feel rushed like I do at a lot of salons. The ambience here is lovely and salon is very clean. I felt quite relaxed here. Also, they pull out all the instruments from a sterilized pack, which I appreciate.

Made an appointment for 2 people for mani pedi for 5:45 pm. Took us at 6:15 pm but the lady who barely started my nails left my station and started taking care of a client’s gel removal process. I just sat there for 10 minutes or so. I decided to not continue with any more services. Will never come here again!!

I've been here a few times for regular manicures and pedicures and have had a good experience each time. Would definitely recommend! Make sure you schedule an appointment before heading in.
