The older lady named "Carol" is very rude and disrespectful. I needed cash back and I pressed for the option of what I needed. I asked Carol if it was possible to go higher than the amount given. She told me no and they need the cash for other customers. I had already submitted the transaction before her comment. She proceeds to rudely tell me "I told you not to do that" and complaining they need the cash for others. All while giving a dirty stare and her co-worker in the back rudely giving comments that there is a bank up the street. That's not my bank and why have the option to give cash back if you are going to have issues with it? There was no sign of "no cashback".

Do NOT use a card and try to get cash back; went up there today and got a couple items (original total was $5. Some change) I click cash back ($20) now my total was $25 and some change, the lady then proceeded to try and get us to leave without giving us our cash back AGAIN; after yesterday’s incident I definitely made sure I saw it come out of my account and I stood there until I got my money, but I’m still out that $50. Just find another store to go to. If it’s not a gentleman trying to steal your money it’s two other lady’s.

If I could they would get no stars. And I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. I had a simple item ($1.25) and went through check out; selected $50 cash back, now my total was ($52.some odd change) due to the fee for cash back. It came out of my account, and the guy at the register clicked the screen asked if I still wanted cash back and when I said yeah he looked at the screen nd all of a sudden there was “no” transaction history of it and the guy at the register rang the item up again; however this time it didn’t give me an option to do cash back at this point the man calls the “manager” over and she does “scrolling” and not even five seconds says “it’s not coming up” with a snotty attitude. I have the transaction receipt from it coming out of my account as this store doesn’t “give receipts” so after he clicked the screen and proceeded to do “another” transaction only the one item AGAIN just without the cash back🤔 AND I was STILL charged again for the item.
Sorry excuse for employees and as a store in general if they allow this behavior.
And I still didn’t get my cash back.

Stopped by with my 2 kids right before heading home after having a ridiculously hectic day. I was having an obvious hard time with my 2 year old. We had just finished moving and he was being an over tired child. Throwing candy off the shelves, running off on me and my 10 year old, and knocking over boxes all of which was picked up and put back into place. I ended up just getting the boys a snack and a drink and didn't bother getting the rest of the stuff I needed. As I'm cashing out my son runs over to look at the garden gnomes as he usually does with my 10 year old. I apologize to the cashier and grab my son to pay for the candy in his hand, as we're leaving the old miserable lady with the short brown hair then tells me " you need to watch your child better". I was too tired to even make it a bigger deal and get her name but I hope someday you will be a little more understanding to people having bad days. That doesn't mean I deserve to " have my child kidnapped" It's not hard to be kind to people. If anyone was deserving in this situation, it would be you losing your CUSTOMER SERVICE job. I really do hope you stop taking your self hate out on others and get a job in the correct field. The hate in that woman's eyes and voice should not be tolerated.

My son phone dropped out his pocket and an employee found it and turned it off an also helped look for it . I later see that she has made herself a guest appearance on my you tube and I’m honestly saddened. So if big back don’t return the phone to the police station I will be having my lawyers contact corporate an yes I did call them.

At least eight people in line, one. Check out, open. The manager standing around and people stocking the shelves when they could have pulled one and put them on a register in my humble opinion. But what do you expect? It's a dollar store

This location never disappoints. My family and I actually enjoy visiting this location to shop. The staff are all very kind, patient and helpful. The store is almost always put together nicely though things get moved around a bit, the new remodeling has been a great addition. My interactions are always good and to be a local store it’s a plus that the customer service here is pretty consistent. I highly recommend
