Me and my sister walked into this DSW and we were greeted when we walked in, however when we got to the register as I was waiting in line the cashier didn’t even say I can help who’s next. She just stood there so I walked up to the register on my own no hello how are you very dry and rude. I wish I would have caught her name she had long blonde curly hair she needs to take a class on customer service it’s not professional and it’s very rude.

It’s a nice store , also has a nice selection of shoes.However, this is more so about the customer service that was received . When walking into the store we were properly greeted, however when getting to the cashier we were not. As a customer this comes off as super rude.Customer service is very important, and today I felt it was bad. I didn’t feel valued as a customer.

OMGNSS. The best customer service I’ve had in a while. The young lady was on the 1st register as you walk in on Sat morning. She was slender and it’s Long blk hair and a great personality. She went beyond and above and helped me with an issue I merely asked her about as I was going to check when I got home but she said, since you’re here let me see if I can assist.
Since there was a line I wasn’t going to request the help but she called for another employee to assist with the line and helped me resolve my issue in the store instead of having to call customer service. I hate that I didn’t get her name but A+ Service all the way!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE today 8/2 around 5-6pm, the cashier (a woman with blonde long curly hair) was the RUDEST sales associate I have ever encountered. Had an attitude, raised her voice at me and was all flustered over a simple return when I asked for confirmation of my return. I straight up asked her why she was being so rude.
@ DSW store management, this employee should NOT be customer facing but rather in a stock room or non customer facing duties due to the sheer rudeness. This employee needs training on how to be customer facing. I
I will never shop at this location ever again.

I had a horrible customer service experience today ( July 29, around 1:15PM EST). I’m not sure what her name was but she was lazy and horrible. I saw on DSW website that the Birkenstock I wanted was available for pickup today. I came in but didn’t see that specific color and size so I brought a pair in diff color up to the cashier to ask if she can check if she has my color and size in stock. She didnt even let me finish my question nor did she even ask me what color/size I wanted and quickly interrupted and said “ whatever we have is out there”. So I said to her “ Can you please check because online says it’s available here.” She then said” oh I know we don’t have it”. So I asked if she can check surrounding stores. She called Farmington hills store and was put on hold. After a min on hold, she looked at me and said “ you want the color Mocha? I thought you wanted the color stone , so yeah no they don’t have the color mocha there either.” At this point I’m thinking, if I wanted the color stone, why wouldn’t I just buy this pair right here instead of having her call a diff store ?🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. This point , I’m convinced she’s just lazy and didn’t want to do the extra work of checking the back. So I left and called DSW customer service and asked them to check if the store in Novi has the color and size I wanted. The customer service rep called the store and someone actually went and checked and said yes, they have the size and color at the store.

Used to be my go to shopping but now some cashiers are just rude. I just asked if the discoubt code they have online can be used instore and shes ǰust like oh my god oh my god and chew her gum like a goat. Her cashier Associate number is DH368062.

Used to be a decent location but the store is a MESS and they have a lack of larger sizes. I tried looking at multiple shoes and there was nothing higher than 8-9. And the woman with the long orange nails was rude

3 staff members at the registers . Only 1 checking people out . Line getting longer and longer. My cashier is also on a personal phone call..
No greeting , no acknowledgement entire time I was in the store.
