Everbrook Novi have been taking great care of our son. The infant and toddler programs have been fantastic so far since we started couple months back. The teachers here are very kind, cheerful, and full of energy! They take great pictures of our son capturing joyful moments. They are also one of the few day cares that provides realtime video (with privacy measures), which has given us a peace of mind. And the facility looks new and clean. Would highly recommend to parents and families!

My family is very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Everbrook Academy of Novi to anyone looking for a quality daycare for their children. They have amazing staff, healthy environment, great education, and loving atmosphere. My daughter loves it as much as we do!

We looked at a number of daycares before choosing Everbrook, and we are very happy about our choice. The teachers really care about the children, are attentive to them, and plan all kinds of engaging and meaningful activities. Our daughter loves going there every day and it's been great for her development!

We visited several day cares before we decided to choose Everbrook. We are happy we made the right choice. This day care is very clean and equipment is modern. The staff are very friendly. The care givers are very patient with kids. My daughter stared in the Toddler1 classroom two weeks ago. The first days for the kids are always difficult. From the real-time camera video (really love this!), I can see the teachers have been very patient with her and I can observe they did a lot to comfort her every time when she was crying. Just after several days, now my kid cannot wait to go to daycare every morning.

I am very pleased with all of the staff at everbrook! My daughter started out in early preschool 2 years ago with Miss Jennifer who is now the infant 2 teacher! She was very understanding and helpful to any needs that my daughter had! My son is now going there and started in early preschool with Miss Camille who he absolutely loves! Her patience with him is incredible and I’m forever thankful for her kind and caring heart towards the children!!❤️

As a first-time mom, I was very worried about sending my infant to daycare. However, at Everbrook-Novi, I have peace of mind knowing he is safe and loved! Being an elementary school teacher, I also love that he is engaged in developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day, even at such a young age! His teachers are kind and loving, and have great communication with families. Thank you, Miss Maja and Miss Jennifer! :)

Very disappointed at this place. The woman who gave us the tour has no patience at all and has a bad attitude. I doubt if something comes up, they will help the parents patiently. And I was told there is a teacher in training and able to be working ASAP. And I asked how could a teacher still in training to take care of the new babies. She didn’t answer my question directly. And I am terrified to send my daughter here.

Best school ever my little kid attended. Nice teacher, great facility. We left because of job change. But we miss the school very much. Strongly recommend.

We love our son’s teachers, especially Miss Shelby and Miss Uma who showed so much love and patience toward him. Small signs like “excited to go to school” and “would let go of mom/dad at drop off” provided us so much reassurances that our son was bonding with the teachers and were in a safe and nurturing environment. He adapted so well within a few weeks and showed tremendous progress for a two year old. We were sad that we had to leave because of job relocation. Would highly recommend this childcare program especially in the Twos room.

Very disappointed by the irresponsible management and not respecting others' time based on our appointment. We called in a week ago to schedule a tour. We were so excited to bring my kid to visit this location in Novi. However, we were told by the lady in the front desk that there was no management in today and she couldn't do the tour for us. What the hell!!!!! You should have known this a week ago when we called in. I have email confirmation showing the tour scheduled for today and you have my phone number and email address, but .... you did NOT inform us at all that your managers are out and cannot do the tour. Both my wife and I took time off for the tour but you screwed it up! My kid was also very upset about why they couldn't let us tour. Come on!!! Please be professional !!! Irresponsible and unreliable. Can’t trust they would provide good quality of child care and communication!

I called and emailed to both the admin and the manager asking for adding us onto the waiting list and sending me all paperwork. neither of them responded at all. Irresponsible and unreliable. Can’t trust they would provide good quality of child care and communication!

Scheduled a virtual tour 3x. The staff never calls back. When I call in they say we didn't look at the computer today. I wouldn't have my children attend.

As a parent, I have witnessed first-hand how the teachers and staff members at Everbrook are doing their very best to offer an ‘engaging and nurturing environment for every child’ under Ms. Gundersen’s leadership. I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to share my personal experience. I have seen a vast improvement in my child’s self confidence and she is flourishing both academically and socially. My child enjoys all of the fun planned activities/art projects and loves to show/tell me about her day at school when I come to pick her up. Don’t let these previous reviews deter you. Every parent wants the best for their child, and every parent has a different idea about what that ‘best’ thing is. With that said, Everbrook is a wonderful school and it was, and still is, a great fit for my daughter. Ms. Gundersen and the Everbrook teachers and staff are wonderful to work with and has been nothing but patient and understanding, especially with all of my questions. I encourage you to visit the facility (which is very nice and clean by the way), ask questions, and decide for yourself if it is the right school/program for your child (and you). Thank you to the amazing teachers and staff at Everbrook for all of your hard work day in and day out!

I am thankful the teachers are loving, patient listeners that allow our little one grow and develop at her pace. Any company can have a great strategy, but having the right people there to make it happen is the most important factor in its success. I am sure they could measure their success by the number of attendance and registrations, but I think the most meaningful indicator we use is how we see our LO developing and growing leaps and bounds, socially, mentally, emotionally and physically (her fine motor skills have developed faster than we could have expected).The staff is warm and welcoming every time I am dropping her off or picking her up, and I always feel thankful and completely comfortable with her being in their staffs’ hands and hearts.
