Weird to do a write up about a FedEx drop-off, but I always have a good experience here. The two ladies I always get at the desk are great. Really sets this location aside.

i had a very important letter with tax documents that needed to arrive by 4/15/25 tax deadline. I hand delivered the fedex letter to the Novi Shipping center about 10 days in advance. handed the letter to the person at the counter. a couple days later i checked the tracking # and nothing was in the system. We went back to the center the person remembered the drop off and said she forgot to scan and didnt know where the letter went. I recreated the package with a 4 day deadline and sent it again from the same place. assuming it would arrive overnight, i checked and the package was stuck at a wrong station. I called spent 30 mins filed a ticket. Next day it still was stuck there. called again, the person filed the wrong ticket. a new ticket was filed another day went by, the package missed the tax deadline by 3 days. I tried to get someone to waive the cost for the over 60 mins i spent on the phone and my two trips to fedex. they denied my request. I am a local business that sends several packages a year. More than my fair share have trouble making me look bad to my clients. I will never again ship with Fed-ex. 1 they are not reliable, 2. you can hardly talk to anyone, when you do they dont know what they are doing and 3. when they make a mistake they wont stand behind it and eat the cost. A whole $20. Bye Bye Fed-ex

Great above and beyond customer service and friendly too. That store is my go to FedEx now.

Package refused by recipient assuming they gave it to the wrong person this has happened to 2 other packages

Went there to pick up a package and gave them my id that matches the name on the package and they wouldn't give me my package because it had a different address. I brought in a mail with the same address on the package and still didn't give me my package. Staff there in the front were very rude.

When I need to get a package out the same day I always drive over to this distribution location and it's very quick to drop off my package get a receipt and be on my way. For many packages the rates are cheaper than using USPS ground advantage. I've been using this location for 15 to 20 years and always a quick in and out to drop off.

I came here to pick up a laptop that I was not at home to sign for. I know that it was a crapshoot at best, and after presenting my door tag the lady at the front desk said that she should try to find my package but offered no guarantees. In a few minutes, she returned with my package and informed me that it was my lucky day! I was in and out in just a few minutes, and my two year old thought the little customer area was interesting. All in all a good trip to a FedEx warehouse.

I had to drop off a couple of packages on two different days. I was met with the same rude and obnoxious attendant. If you don't like your job, get another one. Don't vent your anger and frustration on customers. The manager needs to review the security cameras footage to see how this attendant is literally scolding customers.

The lady behind the counter was very efficient and nice to chat with. Every time I go there it’s different help but that is true always.
