Fedex-Novi-feedback about the delivery man!We have been waiting for the package since Monday, we only received 3 door notes that we are not available, but they did not ring the bell or call us, even though we are at home all day! We only know that they have been here because another delivery date is specified on the website. At this point it's hard to say that delivery is customer-centric. I know,that they have a lot of work, their job is hard, but please, this is not customer friendly! Please make the necessary steps to solve this situation. Thank you.

Alexa was extremely helpful. I had difficulty trying to figure out how to excess my canva design for printing and in the size I wanted. Alexa quickly helped me and I was on my way.

So far, everyone here in the Novi (on Grand River) has been patient, respectful and very helpful. Even when it is crowded, they explain what’s going on and the vibe is just chill!

Horrible Experience!!! Stay away.Shipped brand new iPhone 14 ProMax from the location. Agent could not tell what happens if phone is lost during the shipping. It turns out that iPhone got stolen and empty box received by the recipient.FedEx tracking showed pending status for a couple of days at this location which seems to indicate the phone was stolen here.

Horrible service. Waited almost an hour and their printer stopped working. They seemed careless and the manager walked away as his employee was having problems. Should of went to UPS. THEY SURELY WASTED MY TIME

I have recently shipped a device with samsung for tradein program and the lady asked me what is in th box i told her it's a mobile for tradein and samsung received an empty box. I have to pay 825$ because someone stolen my device after i dropped off at FedEx

Mike the manager is a very caring person. Over the phone he made time to answer my questions but in person he is surely a man who stand behind customer service. I am thankful for his help and will always make this fedex the service I use for my printing needs.

I arrived there as soon as they open today Sunday March 27. I was the only customer there and I asked the employee Don working for email address and if he could print for me I had 5 attachments. He directed me to a self service printer. I have no idea how to print attachments from my cell phone. I asked him for help after I couldn't do it. He refused to help was EXTREMELY RUDE said he had other customers but while I was waiting he printed for another older gentleman but wouldn't do the same for me. I end up going to the library taking up my entire lunch break spent 30 minutes in fed ex for nothing. Will contact corporate. Will never come here again.

I was trying to get a presentation printed with a full bleed. I spoke to three different people who were fully aware of my order. I was told I needed to setup a document that has bleed marks and then reshare it. They don't offer a service where they can help just enlarge the document to print correctly. The file I needed printed was too large to email. I called back to see if someone would walk me through uploading in there print program. They were very short and weren't really helpful so I did it on my own. I thought I sent the right document as it had bleed marks. When I came to pick it up, it was not full bleed. The same lady I spoke to on the phone was the one helping me who happened to be the manager. She started repeating what she said on the phone. I said you knew what I was looking for, I shared the document with the bleed marks, no one called me to say this new document wouldn't work. She said "I assumed you gave up." Who would give up who had called three times, emailed etc. She said she can't get to it until the end of the day. I'm just waiting until she finishes. What happened to customer service. I will never print here again.

Absolute worst customer service. Equipment is out of order most of the time. Wait in the long line to listen satirical comments on the customers by the staff.

Madeline was amazing! Super sweet woman that made shipping manuals for work such a simple process. Saved me sooo much time when she offered to add the emails of the people I was shipping to so I didn't have to send separate emails later on with tracking numbers. THANK YOU!!

I went to this location to return a Fed Ex package. (I had pre-arranged returning it with the shipper). I was the only customer in the store. One of the employees was new and the other said I couldn't return it there. When I explained to them that both the online Fed Ex website and that Fed Ex customer service instructed me to drop off the package at a Fed Ex Office, he became argumentative and belligerent and still insisted I couldn't return the package there. He even threatened to throw the package out if I left it with them. What should have been a simple drop off turned out to be like getting a tooth pulled.
