Terrible, terrible customer service. I had a very important wire transfer to make. I was told the cutoff time for a wire transfer was 4:30pm. I had an appointment set up for 3pm, which I was told was plenty of time. Came in, did the wire transfer. Was called back around 4pm and told the information was put into the system wrong, and I had to come back in and do it again. Made it back to the bank at 4:30pm. Was told the wire transfer was not going out today, as we missed the cutoff time due to their employee error. Fine, I decided not to make a fuss. We all make mistakes. I said, "no problem, it can go out tomorrow." Got a call at 10:30AM this morning - the MANAGER DIDN'T APPROVE THE WIRE TRANSFER BEFORE IT EXPIRED. I need to go in and do the ENTIRE WIRE TRANSFER AGAIN. A THIRD TIME! I am now at work and can't even get in until the next day, delaying an extremely important wire transfer. Why would a manger let a wire transfer expire??? Making the customer - who already had to come in TWICE due to their error - COME IN THREE TIMES? And the time I missed work yesterday is now pointless, and I need to miss more work. Please, please do not go to this bank. They have terrible customer service and do nothing to make it right. All I got was a "sorry" and when I had further questions about what had happened, I was told the manager who allowed my wire transfer to expire, won't even be in all week, and they didn't even offer to pass on my message. Worst experience I have EVER had at a bank. Please avoid at all costs.

On July 18,2024; went to go use the ATM at 2:30pm. Several times I attempted this.....made strange sounds, nothing happening. Fortunately the bank was still open and I used the drive thru window. I informed the clerk that the ATM machine wasn't working & I needed to make a withdraw. She giggled & said," Yes, I know". I remarked, " Not funny! Should be a SIGN on there stating ATM not working, so people wouldn't waste their time on a machine that's not working! She started to ask what I needed, couldn't hear her, several times I commented that I couldn't hear her, asked her to speak up & she FINALLY spoke louder. I finished with my banking business & was so frustrated with the service, I drove away with the Drive thru tube still in my car! I noticed this close to 3 miles down the road, turned around & returned it. When I got back there, there was NO SIGN on the ATM machine letting the customer know that it wasn't working. This was close to an hour after I initially made my first stop there!! No much customer service here!

Love the way they want to charge me money for cashing my checks, even when i have an account through them.. i mean the alternative is to spend a whole day waiting for the paycheck i need. Just one more micro-extortion...There is really no reason to have a bank account in 2021. This is becoming crystal clear.

Manager Nikida taylor and staff was unusually unhelpful after the ATM machine told me to insert my card at then told me it was Experiencing technical difficulties and it wouldn't return my card They then told me at shredded my card and there was nothing that they could do and I needed to contact my bank to deal with that . They then told me that I was rude because I demanded an explanation while crying on why their machine would do that when I've never experienced such a situation.

Staff can be rude and whenever I go there they tell me some new rule that I have never heard of or they make it harder for me to complete a transaction. Even if I need to get something like a roll of pennies I have to call ahead, if I don't they'll look at me as if I was a crazy person or some kind of thief, that is ridiculous.

All of the tellers are amazing, however Suzette the branch manager is very rude. Idk now she is the manager with the kind of attitude she has. I went in to ask what I thought was a simple question and got treated like I wasn't even a customer. I wouldn't wish that kind of service on anyone.
