I bought some New Balance 9060 shoes online in the Footlocker app and picked them up in the Footlocker store at Twelve Oaks. When I looked at the shoes the bottom was dirty and looked worn. They tried to lie and say the shoes had just been tried on in the store by customers and that’s why the bottom was dirty. They were lying and trying to sell used shoes. The shoes cost $159.00. They said they couldn’t refund the shoes because the sale occurred online today and it was too recent for the receipt to be in the system for a refund. They wanted me to take the shoes home and return them in a couple of days. I told them if I take the shoes home and then try to refund them later , then you will accuse me of wearing the shoes because clearly they have already been worn. I wonder if employees at this store are wearing shoes and then putting them back in the box for customers (especially online customers) to buy.
The manager finally agreed to go in the back and give me another pair that had not been worn, however the customer service in this store is horrible. Poorly run store. I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer experience.

Even though we didn't find what we were looking for (hiking sandals), we still appreciated the helpful staff and clean store. The next time we need shoes I'll be sure to come back here.

Unfortunately disappointed today in the Novi mall when I went to Foot Locker to find a specific shoe for my daughter they would not look online the girl was too busy putting on her lip gloss instead of giving me the time of day. Completely disappointed I went upstairs to Kids Foot Locker where Jasmine greeted me kindly and went out of her way to look for the should we were looking for which we did find Jasmine at Kids Foot Locker gets a big raise the girls at Foot Locker do not

Very bad experience at foot locker .Went there for returning my son s shoes .Didnt have a receipt but shoes were not touched .We also bought another one instead .The original shoes cost 130 bucks they refunded only 99 dollars citing we didn’t have a receipt as the cause .The new pair of shoes we bought cost 130 dollars too so we ended up paying 30 dollars extra .Then when we asked for a receipt the lady says you can’t have a receipt because you didn’t originally bring a receipt for the other pair of shoes!
Which shoe store doesn’t give u a receipt for something you bought.
I have even returned shoes at Payless and they have been more courteous than this even though their shoes are way cheaper.
Very bad experience will be complaining to the main company about the black lady there .

Was greeted and offered assistance by employee. Did not have shoe my son was looking for, but he did find a hoodie, so he was happy.
