I had a great experience here, the store was busy but the associates were nice and Cheyenne the manager helped me with locating an order I thought I placed online.Also, Emeral was very helpful and respectful at the counter given the busy store and line :)

I am very displeased in the service I received from this store at twelve oaks mall. I was charged twice for a top I bought due to a malfunction on the stores part. The manager told me they couldn’t give me a refund even though I was charged twice on my card because of their systems malfunction as it showed on their end that I was charged once and to call my bank. The manager did not apologize or offer any coupon for the trouble I was put through. She was rude and quite dismissive of me. Thankfully my bank helped me out. Will not be shopping at this store ever again!

Monica was a terrible employee. we were trying to exchange a hoodie for a different size she messed up and did a return so we did that but she then scanned the wrong hoodie. we got the manager she explained to her how to fix this and she still messed up. unable to figure out how to handle the money returns and exchange. manager did settle things God bless her but this employee was beyond terrible we were at the cashier for 20 minutes because she messed up exchanging a hoodie 4 times.

When I walked in I was going to buy a corset bra because they had a sign that they were 40 percent off and then wen I got to the register the cashier called over a manager when I told her that there was a sign the manager oh well we took it down already so we can’t do anything and said it with a rude attitude I work retail your supposed to honor signs not rub to take them down NEED TO HIRE BETTER MANAGEMENT!

Horrible employees, horrible corporation. Attempted to exchange an online order and was told by the supposed manager that her system wouldn't allow it. Looked up their policy online, which actually states that the only way to do an exchange for an online order is to do it in store. When confronted with that she finally acknowledged the policy but still refused to do the exchange. When asked for her information (as I intended to escalate the issue to corporate), she refused to give it and called security. "Manager" supposedly got her manager on the phone and even she initially refused to abide by their own store policy. Finally, phone manager authorized the exchange. I did escalate the issue by contacting Forever 21 directly and through the Better Business Bureau. I have received no response. Trash all around.

Ordered online. Went to pick up and they didn’t have it in stock. Never communicated that will th me. Wasted my gas. Took a week for the refund.

The managers and the sale associates are absolutely amazing. Especially the store manager Brittney she helped me so much and she trained her sale associates to be so helpful and nice. Love it there will always visit there.

If you’re looking for good customer service while shopping, you won’t get it here. The sale associates have the nastiest attitudes with poor customer service skills; the managers cover for them and allows the ignorant behavior. I made a complaint to the assistant manager Cheyenne & the store manager Brittany. Neither one of them cared or showed any sincerity about the disgusting attitude of one particular sales associate. They both made excuses, and the store manager told me she’s sorry “I feel that way.” I see why the sales associates behave the way they do because the managers are just as ignorant. Won’t be shopping at this location for awhile. They definitely need new management.

The line to checkout is long but they only have one person at the checkout counter. Customer service is not a priority.

I don't love this place to begin with is almost always messy, cashier application for returns are usually not working and huge lines on top. No thanks I would rather buy something with a higher price but more quality and service

This is a nice, clean, large store. But the lack of inclusive sizes is disheartening. And when I say inclusive, I mean ANYONE over a Juniors size Medium.
