Fox Run Senior Living Community offers a range of living options, including independent and assisted living. The community provides a variety of amenities such as restaurants, social events, clubs, entertainment, spas, pools, and medical and dental facilities, creating a vibrant and engaging environment. Residents and staff are described as friendly, happy, and caring, contributing to a positive atmosphere. However, there have been some challenges. Leadership has changed multiple times, with three directors and managers in three years, leading to high staff turnover and inconsistent care. Basic services like showers have been unreliable at times, and ongoing issues, such as flooding in some apartments, remain unresolved after years. Despite these concerns, recent efforts by the new assisted living leadership team have shown a commitment to improvement, including fixing water issues and testing for mold. Staff members are knowledgeable and caring, and residents generally feel satisfied with the community’s programs and facilities. Overall, Fox Run is seen as a wonderful place with many positive aspects, though advocates recommend being proactive if issues arise.
I was connected with Abigail, the Assistant Administrator with many questions of transitioning a family member from one level of care to the next. Abigail answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring in this matter. I had an overall great experience in a time of chaos. Thank you!

To be honest no one I know lives here but I deliver here all the time and the vibes are immaculate. Residents and staff are all so nice, everyone looks so happy. I get sad that I have to leave LOL

We had our mom there, the care was good and very expensive, when she passed someone stole her $6000 hearing aids, which were new and they charge 10% of the money she had left and 3 month rent/expenses, when questioned, they said she signed the contract, what a rip off, READ UR CONTRACTS!!! Shameful
