Beware of the Novi Geek Squad and specifically beware of Rodrico Ferrari. I attempted to have a dashcam installed at this location. I had waited over two months for an installation appointment. I took the first appointment of the year, right after the holiday weekend. I got a call from their technician, that I would need to leave the vehicle with them overnight 'so any snow would melt off before they work on the vehicle.' This meant leaving my vehicle with them for the entire holiday weekend. I said this request was unprofessional and unacceptable. Had I been notified of this requirement in the beginning, I would have made every attempt to leave them with my vehicle overnight if it would lead to a better job being done. After telling them this was unacceptable due to the late notice, I was transferred to a Mr Rodrico Ferrari who told me \\\"we always side with the technician.\\\" So the bottom line is that I spent close to $600 for a dashcam and have had nothing but problems with the installation and the poor non-customer focused attitude espoused by Mr Rodrico Ferrari. Very unprofessional and I will never allow Geek Squad to touch any of my property again. Mr Rodrico Ferrari should be fired.

I had an issue with TV and reached out to the geek squad. I was informed that they just troubleshoot stuff. They do not fix anything it seems. I agree to previous review "Your money is spent best elsewhere".

Market leader in INCOMPETENCE!Not hard to see why Amazon is kicking this company's a$$ . Every time I lose my mind and think to give this company another shot, I live to terribly regret it.I need the keyboard replaced on a Macbook so I call Geek Squad and wait 28 minutes. Nothing resolved so I end up having to call back again and wait another 24 minutes to speak with somebody. Each person tells me something different and has no clue about the procedure or price.I try the chat instead and end up connecting with a guy who tells me it's $49.99 to install a keyboard on my model/year Macbook (I had already purchased the part from an authorized Apple part supplier online). He books an appointment for the coming Friday and swears to me that I can just drop it off and pick it up later that day. Seems logical since it says "Authorized Apple Service Provider" all over their website. Turns out he booked the wrong day (Thursday) but I just happened to see it in the email confirmation and went to the website and changed it to Friday.I arrive on Friday and the following conversation ensues at the Geek Squad desk:Geek squad woman (as I'm taking computer out of bag): "Is that a Mac?".Me: "Yeah. Is that a problem?"Geek squad woman: "Oh, we don't fix Macs."Me: "I called and chatted with your company and they told me you do. And it says Authorized Apple Service Provider on your website."Geek squad woman: (exact quote) "They tell people all kinds of things. We don't fix keyboards."Me: "Why are your phone/chat people telling me my Macbook up here to install a keyboard and now you say you don't install keyboards?!"Geek squad woman: (eyebrows raised with clueless look on face)Does this company literally strategize on how to waste people's time?! Pure incompetence. The good news is this company will be going the way of Kmart and Filene's Basement any day now...good riddance, you won't be missed!

Ronald from google helped me pick out a chrome book for my daughter. Really great experience and was cool to have an expert like him help me out. A lot of employees anywhere you go now days are new and don’t have a lot of experience. He was helpful, nice and professional. Go see Ronald and you will be very satisfied.
