Great guy working at this location. (Blonde hair and glasses) Went out of his way to answer my questions and find what I was looking for, made some similar recommendations, and had great manners which is hard to find.

It was very awkward shopping at this store. The associate stared at me the entire time I was shopping, there was no music playing so was silent, and I was the only customer. Imagine being silently stared at the entire time you’re in a store. Lol. Other than that got what I needed and got out. Associate seemed irritated I was there

Found 1 of 2 supplements we were looking for. Service was good, store was briefly busy with rush of customers. Owner was quick to acknowledge and assist us. I highly recommend it!

Best GNC I've over been to. Young man named Andrew(?) was very knowledgeable and on top of that he seemed genuinely happy to help. Honestly some of the best customer service I have had. ESPECIALLY this day in age it is very hard to come by the type of service so props to this young man.

Stopped at this location for the first time this evening. The space and selection seem much smaller than the other GNC stores I've visited. But the big downfall here was lack of customer service. Normally at GNC, I receive a friendly greeting and am asked if I need any help. Not here; the employee kind of stared in my direction while I browsed product and never said a word. When I asked if they would price match their own website, showing him the product I wanted has a discount online, he said no they can't match that. Too bad this location doesn't seem to care much about customer experience.

First GNC I have ever been able to go in and not be attempted to be upsold every time I pick up my supplies.
I will return simply because I can shop in peace but still ask the attendant any necessary questions.
