I can completely understand why there are so many one-star reviews here.
ome pf my friends picked up a rental car at this location, and the male staff member was extremely rude.
The estimated rental amount he quoted was off by about $150 pre more compared to what showed up on the card terminal. When we asked him to explain the difference, his only response was, “Do the math,” which was completely unhelpful and inappropriate.
Eventually, a somewhat more professional female staff member stepped in, and while we were able to clarify the charges, the overall impression of this facility was terrible.
Both my friend and I agreed—we will not be using this location again.
I would put Zero star if possible.

I find it incomprehensible that hertz allows this particular location to operate in the manner that they do. Avoid this branch at all costs.!!!! If there was a zero star option I would have Chosen that.

If I could I don’t even want to give one star. I picked up the car and that car with 91mi gas left and didn’t do any cleaning. I clearly told the staff at counter I will use the insurance that my credit card had and only added liability insurance, they still added CDW to my bill and didn’t gave me a chance to have a look before I signed. When I returned the car and pointed out that staff just lightly apologized and told me I could only change the insurance after I settle down the bill within 15mins, which he never mentioned!! NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY.

My truck is in the shop and my extended warranty covers $30/ day for a rental car and I had my reservation number and called yesterday Friday before I left the house and the gentleman told me just make sure you’re here before 6 o’clock so he knew I was on my way. I spent $30 to take an Uber there or Lyft I get there at 5:58 and they’re closed and the gentleman who is standing outside had just returned a vehicle and was waiting for his ride and said that the guy left five minutes ago maybe a little bit longer so he closed before 6 PM and their hours are clearly state at 6 PM so I had to spend another $30 to get home. I went back this morning. There’s one gentleman working by himself, vacuuming, cars, washing cars plus taking care of all the customers by the time it gets to me he said he needed a $50 deposit. He said I could use a debit card or a credit card. I had both the credit card didn’t have quite enough on there for the deposit plus the vehicle rental taxes, and stuff like that and they wouldn’t take any of my debit cards because it was a PayPal debit card and a cash app debit card or Venmo debit card and they all had money on them so I had to take another Uber back home for another $30 so I spent $120 on Uber still don’t have a rental car maybe if I didn’t have to spend so much on Ubers to get there I would’ve been able to get the car in the first place. I can understand why the kid wanted to leave early last night if he had to deal with all these people all day long by himself, but it really screwed me over and of course Hertz is not gonna do anything about it. I’m sure because they transferred me to eight different people last night to the point where I was so fed up

Went to exchange the car, twice they sent me back saying they have no vehicles available! Even though I have a booking already reserved! Why would you even take a reservation when you have no vehicles available! It’s your car that needs a maintenance! And why the front desk person always condescending when we take your vehicle which needs a maintenance to your place?? Do you expect customers to go through all the hassle of maintaining the vehicle when you are the one who is supposed to do it? If it’s not for a corporate booking I will be choosing other platforms over Hertz.

Good luck trying to reach a human being via their branch phone number. It only refers you to the Hertz website. What if you have an actual problem that requires an actual person to address? I want to verify my rental pickup time because I don't trust websites at all.

I have gone there to rent a car several times. Each time I received excellent service and clean cars. The manager is very nice and she is always accommodating when possible.

NEVER rent from here! My car was basically undrivable, swapped it out for a different vehicle, and the month after my return, this location told hertzfine that I had the car I traded in for since the beginning, and now they are not responding to them in order to have my fee returned for a vehicle that I did not even have at the time the ticket was assessed.
They stole the money from my bank account without ever even notifying me.
I will never rent from Hertz again.
To Hertz reply: I have contacted billing, your violations department, and called this manager. I'm going to the BBB, then corporate later today.

Not a fan of this place. They charge additional drivers 14 dollars per day if under 25. I’ve dealt with this clowns before and they didn’t have a car after saying “we have one” over the phone. I hate rental cars. The process isn’t good and the price is sky high

The worst the guy with reddish hair was so rude. Had an awful experience this morning. It’s obvious the people you hire are either on work release or parole. Do better Hertz!!
