Very rude staff. Vidush kept talking down and was extremely rude to me and my kids. He clearly doesn't understand the meaning of boundaries. He didn't even try to do his job. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Eww. Fitting rooms closed and bolted up. Store is two levels and I only saw one employee throughout the whole store and that was the cashier. Line was crazy. Store is also trashed. If corporate knew they had a store looking like this. I saw at least five people walk out that were ready to buy, but did not want to wait 45 minutes in a line. And this is a clothing store with very fitted clothing. How are they not going to have any fitting rooms open?.
I usually stop at an h&m when I go to a new city. This one was so disgusting that I wrote a review.

This place is a joke. I feel bad for the indentured servants they have somehow convinced to stick around to be overworked and underpaid.

The sales associates were very rude and unhelpful. The fitting rooms are never open so I tried a sweater on on the sales floor and she snapped at me letting me know that wasn’t allowed however there are no signs anywhere to indicate you can’t do that. The tone of her voice was so off putting. If she had asked nicely I would have walked back but instead I put what I had away and walked out.

Would have been 5 stars. But this Katelyn lady is a piece of work. I'll never come back here as long as she has employment at this store. I can't believe the things she allowed to say to customers.

I called this store and the representative said they will close at 8pm. I drove 1 hour here for this false statement. Next time please put really information, suck a waste of my time and gas.

Do not go here if you want to deal with employees that get on the defensive and have an attitude when you weren't even arguing with them. I went to buy a pair of jeans that were on a rack that had a sign saying the jeans were $30. I got charged $40 instead and I didn't catch it on time but instead of correcting the issue and exchanging it, they issued a refund to my card that I don't know when I'll even see the money and got charged again for the new pair with the correct tag therefore spending $70 not including tax. Instead of trying to explain that it isn't their fault that clothes aren't put back where they belong on a rack, how about don't charge me for two pairs of jeans when I only bought one. I didn't even get my return receipt back even though I was told it was put in the bag. Talk about needing to micromanage.

Horrible experience. Clothing is cheap and sizing is all off, but was willing to purchase a bathing suit because it was on sale. Apparently the sale rack is not all sale, the same pair of bottoms can be “2 difference seasons.” Manager was so rude when we inquired about it. She needs to learn better customer service skills and lose her attitude!!

Very nice place. Employees were friendly and helpful.. And I got a really cool shirt for like $10 bucks. AWESOME
