“Thanks to Aaron and his outstanding team, I was able to thoroughly enjoy the Hyatt Place in Novi. I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. With its many amenities, combined with its adjacent location next to the Suburban Showplace, it clearly provides an excellent high-value option for both business and vacation/weekend customers.

The entire super friendly staff ensured an outstanding customer service experience during my stay. While attending a trade show next door, I was also able to also enjoy the indoor pool and abundant local shopping offerings.

Several quality food and beverage options are onsite, including one with a huge outdoor fire place fun for social gathering and adult beverages. For breakfast, the free warm buffet was convenient, quick, and tasty.

I left the Hyatt with a full belly, a smile on my face, and a desire to return very soon.

“It’s a centrally located hotel, but there isn’t much going on within a square mile. The indoor pool claims to be heated, but it’s not heated well enough to justify swimming in the winter. The breakfast bar is good and has good choices, but it’s not included and run around $25/person. The food is great though.
The bar has all the usual options for drinks, the food menu is good too. The bartender is a little lukewarm and picks and chooses who he’s kind to. He has an attitude that says he’s annoyed by most.
The front desk team was okay. A few people actually tried to be helpful and professional while others were annoyed and distracted by playing video games that they’d brought with them.
We’d stay here again because it’s the closest to our office, but we wouldn’t really recommend it.”

“We LOVED our stay! The kids had a blast in the gigantic pool. We're already planning the next birthday here. They have basketball. The kids were tuckered out to say the least haha the rooms we had were spacious and the cleaning staff are great. I hate feeling like I can't trust what I'm sleeping in!! The bed was sooooo comfortable I didn't want to go home to sleep in my bed lol very friendly staff too id like to add”

“People make the difference, and this location has great people. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay for a baseball tournament. However, I made a horrible traveler's mistake and left a backpack with a laptop in the room when I checked out. When I called, in a panic, Ali, from housekeeping, had already brought my bag to the front desk. Sarah at the front desk took care of everything from there. We emailed a shipping label to her, and she took care of it from there. When you have people that will help you out in a pinch even after checkout you found the right place to stay.”
