This place is a lot more convenient than driving to many others available in Southfield. The turnaround time between time of request made to booked appointment was lightening fast and impressive. When I've gone to local, more commercial detailers, the environment is chaos and loud. This place offers a quiet, hassle free sanctuary to drop your car off and uber away to run errands while your detailing is completed. I would recommend and return for service simply for ease of booking, turnaround time, and local to Novi. Convenience is key!
