I never had an experience like this before, but I went with my husband to buy white dress shirts. I recently had spine surgery and my stamina, strength and pain tolerance is not optimal. While he was shopping I moved a stack of shirts over from a low table and sat down. Now, I admit I was 100% wrong for doing this. A salesman walks over and aggressively says get off the table you’re sitting on shirts. I proceed to tell him I’m not and I needed a moment because at this time I’m disabled. He repeats the statement again with the same tone. I lean on my cane to get up which I was in the process of doing anyway. I meant no offense to the hard working people who have to go behind customers all day cleaning up messes. I place the shirts back and he stalks off. My husband was furious at the way this man aggressively spoke to me. It obviously should’ve been handled with grace, considering I had a cane. We did not make a fuss and I placed the stack of shirts back that I moved and I told my husband, “let’s go.” This man working in the men’s department on 3/1 was clearly not happy or was just having a bad day. After I posted this review I got a response from the general manager and I and I would like to say I really appreciate the follow up and in no way do I now feel that this one person is a reflection on the entire company. I absolutely have changed my rating due to her response. Thank you so much!!

Literally says 10am on google maps for Saturday and updated 4 days ago. Sign says 11am. Please update your google accounts to reflect that.

Javed was amazing! Great associate! I wish I could get him every time I check out here or any other store for that matter. Very personable, understandable, and accurate. He was a joy.

When I picked up the bras I ordered the salesperson was great Pleasant kind and I tried one of my bras on it was so soft and comfortable and very satisfied with my bras.

Came here to look for Rod pocket curtain panels but all I saw were Grommet topped curtain panels.

Clothing looks old and outdated. No one to ask for help. The bedding is old and outdated as well. No one wants floral printed comforters like a great grandma had anymore.

I LOVE this store and have been a customer of jcp my entire adult life, but there are never adequate cashiers per customers on either floors. I recently went over the Christmas holiday season, several times, 2nd floor not one cashier to assist on the floor so you have to go back to 1st floor and bother those only 2 cashiers who already have a long line
