I had a great experience today at journeys 12 oaks. Alexus greeted me as soon as I walked in the door which is rare lately. I was offered help right away. She assisted me in sizing shoes for my two year old as well as myself. Even helped me gather my son’s water bottle from under the rack he threw it. Just above and beyond. Lately my shopping experiences have been lack luster and anything but positive but I have to say today I was so pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. Miles also offered assistance when I found another shoe while Alexus was already grabbing me one. 10/10 recommend shopping here!

Dear sir, I made a purchase at the Novi, Michigan store today. It was a hard to find shoe. I was so excited, when Marco brought out the shoe , I have been looking for. He was so informative, showed me the socks that went with them and also personally showed me how to put the doc Martin prep on the shoe. What an excellent sales person, Marco is. What an asset to the journey shoe store. You should be so proud to have him, represent your company. Please reward him, with something special. For he surely, takes extra time, to take care of and inform his customers. Thank you Marco! Mgby

Terrible customer service. Went in for an exchange and asked for same shoe in a half size up. Was helped by THREE women and voiced my frustration with my difficulty finding the specific color. Because of this I even opened the box to show them the style and color. Came home and recieved the wrong color(pink not beige). Called today and told the girl I was disappointed and asked if they had the correct color in stock and in my size before driving all the way back. Was told it was my fault I hadn't checked the box and Id just have to come back and was hung up on.

Just bought shoes for my wife and I. We are both very indecisive and Alexus spent over an hour helping us try on a billion pairs of shoes. She helped us make decisions. Despite staying until after the store was closed, Alexus and Dre were both extremely patient and friendly the entire time. The experience was great!

Went in today—Cute shoes at the store, but the girl working was so rude she was staring down at her phone and when I kindly asked her to grab some shoes for me, she seemed very annoyed. I decided to look around at some other stores and gave her the shoes (neatly placed in the box mind you) and told her thank you for your help and she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. She should not be working retail she’s horrible at customer service and I would never treat guests at my job like that.

The reason why i gaved a 3 is I felt like the young lady who waiting on me was very rude. Before paying for my stuff, I had to asked the young lady was she going to wait on me, she was staring down at her phone. Finally, I had to asked her " are you going to wait on me"!

Out of every journeys I’ve been to this one is by far my favorite! The staff is amazing and everyone is so polite and caring. The manager Victor was extremely helpful and made my experience here fantastic!
