The cashier was extremely rude. I was asking my wife a question and said they are giving me the runaround since they wouldn't exchange my shirt for the exact same shirt but bigger size. Out of nowhere she yells at me causing me to have extreme anxiety. I tried to be really nice after that since I became scared she might attack me. The manager seemed to not care at all. They forced me to buy new ones since they were clearance. Basically a scam forcing you to buy brand new and not exchange for the same price.

Did not have much options. Disappointing bc I typically love Kohls, but this store had the bare minimum of merchandise.

I was unable to find an associate to assist me anywhere in the different departments that I wanted help in (not a good thing). The cashier was very friendly and helpful and I did enjoy talking with her.

I went in for the great discount deals they were offering. However, 90% of what is in the store and I wanted and eventually did purchase were not even eligible. Shame on you for getting shoppers' hopes up.
