Rude and aggressive staff member by the name of Lubna. A kid dropped a glass jar at the checkout and it broke. She screamed at the kid who got so scared it was crying hysterically. The parents were very nice not to complain as the staff member over reacted and was rude to several other non white customers that I observed

Very disappointing experience at the Kroger store in Novi. The staff is extremely unfriendly and uncooperative, with little understanding for customers. There are far too few employees, which results in very long wait times. Additionally, the prices here are overpriced compared to other stores. Overall, it’s not a pleasant place to shop and could use a lot of improvement.

Hanan is horrible and the rudest to customers! Every time we have to deal with her, she is in the back room by customer service and someone has to find her, then when you ask her a question she does not seem familiar with Kroger's products, procedures and policies to the point that we have to get a manager involved. Her behavior has been unacceptable on multiple occasions. She intentionally wasn't going to mark down the day old bakery items rather than make a sale for Kroger's.

Hello fellow over 30 grand people that my reviews help out, please pass this Kroger and go somewhere else. if your for rude workers then this is the place for you. if you want to be blocked for going to a self checkout lane and screamed at to go to the cashier instead and see that other people are allowed to go and not you. Then when you tell the rude worker excuse me but were going to the self checkout instead and still be blocked and yelled again to go to the cashier line. Then yes please come here while I head to Sam's club or Meijer where no one blocks me to go to the self check out lane even walmart is better than here. Congratulations you lost a life time loyal customer who came to this store for 16 years. ??

I called this store to ask if the Fresh Seafood & Meat department is open. The lady told me they open at 9AM. I drove up there hoping to save gas and time since I’m right around the corner. I walked in and there WAS NO FRESH FISH TO BE BOUGHT. There was an employee behind the counter but NO ONE assisted me!!!
I read the sign and it said it opens at 10AM. I drove off to grab some Starbucks and I waited until 9:59AM When I came back… it’s 10:03AM NO FRESH FISH IN SIGHT. I wasted my precious time and gas to come to this store.
I want TO WARN EVERYONE TO PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The customer service sucks!!! There is no one to help you!!! There is NO ONE AT THE SERVICE DESK!!! This store is a COMPLETE JOKE!!!! Whoever is the General Manager of this store… PLEASE RESIGN!!!! ?

There is never anyone at their customer service desk!! I have needed assistance several times recently and have waited forever for someone to even find the manager who then didnt help but had to find another employee!! Previously there was always an employee at customer service but i think she was moved to the deli?? Just a terrible experience which I related to the manager. I told him other krogers always have a person at customer service!!! Please step it up krogers novi at the desk!! On another note their Express/uscanemployees are always wonderful. I appreciate their efficiency!!
