EXCELLENT customer service. Sam was helpful, informative. You have to know about me that I had no idea what to do after switching my old insurance provider. Sam took the time and explained everything until everything became crystal clear. Not just saved up money to me but figured out the best, safest opportunity. If you are someone who prefer in person customer service over phone ,choose L.A. insurance at Beck rd.
We are not relatives and also I wont get commission either after this review

I was at secretary of state and I needed to get a surety bond for a boat. So I went next door. I only requested a surety plan and he added some telemedicine membership to my account and did not tell me and then passed it off as part of the bond cost. Luckily, he did the Surety bond wrong so I was able to discover the fraudulent charge. I let the Secretary of State know not to recommend him because he's obviously cheating people and I'm calling the corporate office today

Where do I begin: I was going to LA Insurance for years in Livonia where Tony was my guy...but unfortunately he passed. Then I search and searched and came across Sam. Sam is AMAZING at what he does. He is detailed, attentive, organized and VERY TIMELY he goes above and beyond the call of duty...and LITERALLY has the BEST RATES... I am sooooo glad I have and have found Sam at this location and glad, confident and comfortable with saying I'm never going anywhere. It's like when you find a good Dr. You are in for the long term and that's me at this LA Insurance Insurance under the professional and personable care of him and his business.
