I like the products I purchased and pricing after the sale discount is fair. Staff at the Novi store were friendly and helpful while I was shopping. My issue with this particular store was that it was extremely dirty. There were large dust clumps everywhere. The dressing rooms were so bad that it was gross to take your shoes off when trying on pants. I arrived at the store as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning. It was obvious the place had not been cleaned in awhile . I identified the issue to the individual working the register and she said “ we are undergoing a large remodel and cleaning is not our priority”. She also said “there are only 3 of us here this morning so we don’t have the staff to do it”. The condition of the store and the response were very disappointing.

Lands End is promoting 50% off sitewide, and there are many items they refuse to honor discount. Why advertise site wide savings when that is not their intent. False advertising from Lands End.

Totally let down and will shop locally for my childs school uniforms. I placed my order early August it is now September. My order came in staggered. I am still owed two monogrammed polo shirts. There’s no way for me to see where the shirts are. I contacted customer service and was reminded that i talked to someone last week. I didn’t need reminding I want the polos or my money back! I was told by Ivy my polos were shipped 9/8 why can’t i track if they have been shipped? Makes no sense. Get it together Lands End!

Land's End quality is wonderful, but their sizing leaves much to be desired. Over the years I have learned that a medium in one item can be huge, while other items of the same size can be too small despite what their sizing charts say. Plus, most items are cut for women with broader shoulders.
Shopping and trying on items in their stores is the way to go. Ordering online is a crapshoot.

Paid a visit for a couple of things for vacation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great selection of everything that I was looking for. Signed up with my birthday information and will receive a $50 certificate good on $100 purchase around my next birthday.

store is organized + clean, staff are professional + friendly.
-1 star bc land's end failed to deliver one of my items from online order. the store can't do anything about it, had to call customer service, leading to a 15m phone call mostly on hold.
overall generally pleasant experience, 5 star would've been not needing to waste my time to begin with.
