I came in the store to get 2 hats embroidered. The young lady did 1 of my hats then let 1 of her friends take cuts in front of me and embroidered his hat. When I asked her about it she lied. 30min turned into an hour and a half. My time is valuable and im actually disgusted. Everybody should wait in line just like I did. The young lady told me the company was sending her to lakeside mall because they didn't feel like she could run the store. I understand why now.

If I could leave star rating less than a full star I would. I don't know what is about this 12 Oaks Mall location but all I get from these people is everything less than poor service at best. I'll do everything in my power to never shop at this location again.I personally work in a retail environment and I've never treated anyone as poorly as these people consistently a d always do.

Called 4-5 times, no answer. On line they showed 2 of the same hats in stock. When I got there I was told they DON'T have them in stock inventory does not match on line stock. After I complained about not answered phone calls, I was told their phones use wifi?? At the end, I was told it was my problem not theirs that I waisted over an hour and a half of my time. I just walked away.

If you’re a person of color DO NOT SHOP HERE. The STORE MANAGER will accuse you of stealing and demand to look into your shopping bags. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened. She should be ashamed of her self. As an employee she should know she cannot just “THINK” someone stole. You need to physically see it happen with your own eyes. Hopefully her NEXT JOB WILL TRAIN HER ON LP PROCEDURES AND HOW TO TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ENTER THE STORE!

This store is very racist to us black people cant walk into the store & even buy anything without the “Store Manger” thinking we are stealing it is a heavy Caucasian lady with blond hair that would not give her name that socially profiled black person for no reason. Lids do better. Very unprofessional.

Lady working was not friendly nor helpful. She answered the phone for a personal call while she had a line of people. She was very short when asked a question.

if you are just buying a hat they don't have a lot of selection and DO NOT get your hat embroidered here they can't do 3 letters right this lids is probably the worst in Michigan

All I can say it this lids has a female with braids that seem like she had an attitude and didn’t want to help anyone she stayed on her phone and she kept leaving the store and it was only one person there that was new and didn’t really know a lot but I wouldn’t drive to that lids again waste of gas and time they need a new team there
