These people obviously didn't care about making a sale. I was there for 3 minutes and it was the most awkward experience I've ever had. Came in ready to buy, no question about it, and the complete utter lack of service turned me off. Drove an hour to drive right back home.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but this was hands down the worst retail experience I’ve ever had in Michigan. Based on other reviews, it seems like most customers have great experiences with the staff, so I suspect this was a new employee. Let me explain what happened.
My wife and I visited Lovesac to finalize our basement design. Two years ago, we purchased everything for our home from the Pottery Barn store in the same mall, but this time, my wife wanted to try Lovesac.
When we walked in, there was no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. The employee was glued to the computer at the register, typing non-stop. We gave it some time, thinking she’d eventually acknowledge us, but after 30 seconds, she still hadn’t said a word.
We began discussing our options, assuming she’d notice we were serious customers, but she didn’t engage at all. After five minutes, the only thing she said to us was, “Do you have a question?” That’s it—no effort to assist, no attempt to make us feel welcome. Frustrated, we left. She didn’t say goodbye, wish us a good day, or even look up from her computer.
The entire visit was disappointing. An employee like this is the reason businesses lose loyal customers and revenue year after year.

My son saved up his own money to buy a LoveSac. We went to the Novi LoveSac and Michelle helped us. She was very patient with my son and gave him information on a couple of items that he was trying to decide on. She didn’t push the sale, rather she gave him some ideas on how to see which one would be best for him. We went back a second time and Michelle helped us again. Still very patient and customer focused. We will go back to the Novi store to see Michelle rather than shopping at a LoveSac closer to our home. Thank you Michelle!!!

This particular Lovesac store is amazing. Above all else it is my favorite and as long as Michelle is the manager here I will never go anywhere else.The product is also absolutely amazing. Not only is it modular but it is highly durable and so is the fabric.I have enough pieces to have a couch, love seat and turn it into a queen size bed or a sectional.The warranty is the best around.Also, Michelle is the best manager of any store I've been to.

Robert and Michelle were fantastic though the whole purchase process. We got the best service in the showroom and they both were very responsive to questions! The fact that Michelle checked in to inform me of my delivery and its progress was just fantastic. I never had this type of connection at a furniture store before. It was super refreshing, can’t wait to buy more from Lovesac in the future.

I really like my Lovesac sactional. Being able to purchase new covers and change the look is great and that you can wash them is even better. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Michelle was our saleswoman at the Novi showroom and she was great! Answered every question we had and totally rocked putting an order together for us. We haven’t received the couch yet but I am already so impressed with shipping. We ordered our couch on Monday and I was updated last night that delivery will be tomorrow! Will update review in a month.

So far our experience at Lovesac at Twelve Oaks has been exceptional! Michelle assisted us with designing our setup and has given us all the necessary information about what to expect when our sectional arrives. She is very knowledgeable and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed before placing our order. She even texted us to let us know the shipping status of our order. Thanks Michelle!

I had a pleasant experience. The sales associate was able to map out our living space in front of us and determine what we can fit in our space. They have blocks to show the infinite amount of configurations you can do with your pieces, which makes the process less overwhelming since you can visually see it. From there, we just had to pick out the fabric and cushion type and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and provided us with good feedback for us to make a well informed decision.
