I came into Lululemon today with an issue. my pants had ripped while I was at work, and I really needed to get them exchanged. My schedule during the week is pretty packed, so it was important that I got this handled today. Julia helped me out and did an absolutely fantastic job. She was understanding, professional, and made sure the whole process was smooth and stress-free. She really upheld the quality and service that Lululemon is known for, and I left feeling taken care of. Big thanks to Julia, Mariam, and Kendall for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience! Seriously this 12 Oaks Lulu crew is great!

Customer service is complete trash! I have multiple pants and shorts that are falling apart and they have changed the policy to 1 year quality assurance. Anything after the year they tell you to fly a kite. I called customer care and they are all in the Philippines and don’t speak English. You can’t speak to a manager or anything. STAY AWAY FROM LULULEMON!!! PRODUCT IS TRASH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE!!!

I was in there shopping today! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady! Asked about the popular jackets took me straight to them! It was a bit out of my budget so I looked at other things. I ended up purchasing a crossbody bag and the young man at the register also super nice and helpful! The store is super clean and very well organized! Will be returning 😃

They are so rude. I just went here to get help on some pants and the heavier set girl with the brown curly hair is completely rude. She WILL NOT hear you out and will keep speaking over you and will constantly say “like I said.” Customer service here 👎🏼

honestly, after going to this location for years, it has declined customer service wise like crazy the manager there is never nice. She has never been polite or ever had a smile on her face. i do feel she has a dislike for me as a customer, my last visit i did the like new program and when she was informed about my request she was visibly annoyed and hesitant to make eye contact. she insinuated i needed to fold the clothes that i brought. “i’ll let you get situated (glances at the 5 items i brought) while i do something else” she then told me i would get 30$ in a gift card but i only received 20$ can’t help but trust my gut feeling and recognize the vibe that was given off and conclude she only gave me 20$ on purpose. i’d rather go to any other lulu store than this one honestly because every time I go, it’s not a positive experience. I don’t recommend the store. It’s just a mess.

I really can't stand. Lulu's customer service but this location has excellent people working there very friendly very helpful. I just have learned to not shop online. Definitely go to the store.

The staff here are patient and very nice. Tina was very helpful with answering questions and letting me know that I can order custom fit tank tops and she helped me place the online order for the item of my specific need.

The sales associate stole my $250 gift card i bought my wife. I wrapped it and put it away immediately. She opened it and tried to use it 1 hour later. $.01 on it. The store manager shooed me out of the store and resolutions was awful. Don't waste your time or money.

Every time I visit the store it’s always so well organized & beautifully decorated. They have so many selections in fabrics & unique styles of clothing that can’t compare elsewhere. The workers are always so knowledgeable in educating me behind products & making selections so that I have an amazing shopping experience.

So sweet the workers saw me about to leave thinking they didn’t have what I wanted & they offered to help & got me what I wanted! Cashiers are SOO nice I will most definitely be coming back they made my time so worth it
